Horrible experience, worst hotel I’ve ever been in

Very poor

Hotel staff did not inform me that in order to enter the main entrance of the building after 11pm should use the hotel room key besides the main door operating system. One night, main door is locked. I was surprised and disappointed and been there for a couple of minutes. Fortunately, one of the customer was at the lobby and requested her to open the door for me showing her my hotel key. The next day, I spoke to a hotel staff in the counter and told me that it’s hotels policy that I should be at hotel before 11pm or else they will lock the main door. The next night, passed 12am, I am expecting the main building door entrance was locked and hopefully some tenant might open the door. Fortunately, a hotel staff in the counter informed me to use my room key to open up the main building entrance door. Extended stay should informed their customers on how to enter the main entrance building door pass 11pm.

Decent "affordable" place.

Decent room, everything worked and was clean.

No dishes in the room. You have to get dishes and silverware from the staff at the front desk. Seems a little lame.

Most underrated facility and staff

Staff are nice and helpful. Plenty of parking and free wifi and a/c were useful since it was 100-103 degrees during my stay

location was central for livermore

they should not advertise breakfast. it was an empty coffee urn and a wicker basket with one grain bar left. silliness to call it breakfast. it is 'coffee' at best - and that's a stretch.

The hotel is not clean!

The property is in a convenient area near boomers, 7-eleven, a taqueria, a restaurant and a freeway.

It’s obvious the hotel isn’t clean. Upon my arrival I found a dead animal hanging from the tree in the parking lot and dog feces outside a lot. To make matters worse, in the morning when I woke up it was roaches on my floor and the hotel manager called pesticide two days after the fact to tell me that he didn’t find a roach so he wouldn’t refund me. The walls are thin as ice and I heard the person next to me snoring all night. The bathtub needs to be replaced, it was wearing out. Overall, you could tell the hotel wasn’t as clean as they thought it was especially since there was a roach crawling around my room and the manager told me otherwise as if he was in the room when it was crawling under the bed.

The sink in the bathroom was in bad shape. You have to ask the front desk for dishes, cups, utensils, toasters, everything. The breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast. It was coffee and packaged muffins by the front desk

NOT a traveler friendly place

The location....room was clean

Although the hotel confirmed a first floor room as we are both handicapped and elderly...we were put on 3rd floor and the room was about 50 yds from the elevator. YEA...handicapped friendly...apparently they put someone else in the ground floor room despite our reservation and I confirmed arrival time the night before. Then the man at the desk became agumentative! HINT...if you are elderly or handicapped, avoid this hotel
