Average hotel but noisy

Easy to get to, inside hotel was maintained, room nicely appointed, bed and pillows comfortable, room layout was pleasant, had a comfortable sitting area, nice plush towels, and large desk was set up as a workspace.

Driveway at entrance has potholes, TV didn’t work well (had static lines running through on screen on most channels), bottom of shower had mold, small refrigerator was noisy,no microwave, breakfast was average, and location was right next to busy highway so highway noise was loud.

The Is in an excellent location, the room was clean, and the breakfast offered plenty of options and was well stocked.

There Was nothing we did not like about the property.

Nice showers

Location. Numerous homeless people camped out around the property. Abandoned gas station in the driveway. Stains all over the carpet. Some really loud noises throughout the night.

It was fine.

The location was fantastic.

I stayed 4 nights, however, the room was cleaned and serviced only one time. The furniture was out of date.

Room arrange was beautiful.

The TV was not a smart TV. We couldn’t watch Netflix, Prime, Hulu. They wanted you to lay $20 to rent a movie. There was no recliner chair or a chair with high backrest. The sofa was there was good.

Very good

So many things to like: Late checkout (midday). Complimentary breakfast. Pool and fitness center. Really large room. Free parking. Close to the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and various stores and restaurants.

No housekeeping services, even after I specifically asked for housekeeping to just empty the trash in our room and nothing else.

A great spot for exploring Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods or Colorado Springs area

Room was large and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, good stuffs and nice location. The toilet accessories seems in poor condition. Faced the same issue in the main lobby toilet

Had issue with toilet. Someone from the front desk came to repair, but problem continues. Had to move to a different room the next day.

The king bed was nice

The pool was outside and no hot tub. Also they did not clean the rooms after one night of stay

location near Garden of the Gods was good, but l 25 noisy was Horrible!

noise was horrible, only one side of elevator worked but it stopped on the second floor every time bc the controller was broken, staff was horrible, house keeping service was never interested in doing their job, we fought every day to get a clean room, had to buy a fan to block road noise, breakfast was horrible and even sickened both of us. THIS LOCATION, NEVER EVER AGAIN! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Hyatt has always been good to our family and we will continue staying with Hyatt.

The Hyatt rooms are always very spacious and the staff is always awesome. Hyatt will be our hotel of choice for all future travel.

Honestly I can not think of anything, it was all great.

I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The property was clean, inviting, and well maintained Terry was the front desk person and he was kind and patient,a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well as the little food bar they had.
