Their amenities are amazing, with a steam room, sauna, And hot tub you are sure to feel relaxed. You get a complimentary drink at the Bistro, an amazing breakfast buffet, and the rooms were obviously very carefully cleaned. It’s not far from Riverfront Park if you are up for a stroll.

They opened breakfast an hour late and I couldn’t wait

Was there for concert

Well strange tried to get on top floor other side of motel but they told us only one room clean but all these people checked in behind us got other rooms 2 queen rooms beds are small and hard breakfast last time we was there the guy said only ten minutes left and was not putting any more food out this time we stayed up late at concert and only had 10 minutes before closing not much food in listening to next customer he was told couple minutes before closing not putting out no more food. That makes me mad a paying customer is there before closing they deserve to get food not be told too bad . Note breakfast is not to closing you must be there at least half hour before closing or no food they should never be so mean to tell the customer so meanly you are tired had to get up early you go for food told to bad . Will not stay on hard queen beds no more couch in executive king water front sofa bed is killer hard 2 day stay oh my god mistake my back was in severe pain king bed is nice my son got that . Staff at front desk ladies not nice at all short . Guy last time did not listen to room we wanted took credit card gave wrong room and in coming back to get right room the guy said it was time for him to go home turned it over to other guy . And do not forget your razor that will cost money to get one oh wait though there was a used one under the towels on the towel rack gross . Tooth brush costs money . Other then hot tub pool and location to River front park and arena only nice stuff . They need to update their rooms .Old beds and couch chairs. Staff training to be nice at frontvdesk and breakfast. Their is a nice man there at front desk manager at night only one . He helped with mistakes .

Location was easy access and safe. the Staff was very friendly and helpful.
