Location is good, everything is very close by. The fridge was big and pillows were fluffy.

I came to check in at 4:30 (Check in begins at 3) and the room was not ready yet. There was a cockroach on the wall I saw as we were getting ready to leave.

This place is disgusting. The towel were used and dirty. The bed look like somebody were sleeping on it. The stove was rusty. The toilet or shower were not clean. The chairs were broken. It supposed to be non smoking but smelled like cigarette. All and all it was nasty. I was very disappointed the place it was very deceiving on your website but when you see it in person is horrible.

Room not very clean. Light in bathroom only worked occasionally. Poor decor.p

Had to stand outside 2 times in the morning for an hour waiting for toilet paper, washed my clothes and the washers stink so bad, the dryers need to be cleaned out so much that there’s lint all over everything I washed, you don’t get housekeeping for 14 days and nobody will even give you a broom or mop to clean the room yourself, the first room we were given the window wouldn’t lock and could be opened from the outside and someone could climb in it, my son was harassed because of his size and the front desk attendant kept asking if he was staying with me insinuating that I had too many people with me since my boyfriend was with us but my son is only 15 years old and was only staying for 1 night and there are no 2 beds available at all or I would have booked that room type

That my ac unit leaked the whole time and I had an 800.00 phone destroyed and expensive sneakers destroyed because of as well as other things because of the water. The handy man tried fixing it twice but to no avail. Why didn't the switch my room? They just kept giving me towels. The black woman with the mask is very nasty person to me the whole time. The water damage seemed to really not care about. I've never complained before about anything but I'm livid and will be getting my money back for my items destroyed and I'll be telling everyone not to stay here. Horrible place!

EVERYTHING!! The place was filthy! Every person I spoke with that was employed there was horrible and extremely rude! Beds and towels were filthy! The whole place was filthy and unwelcoming! Save yourself the grief!

The property should be razed. ‘Rundown’ is a compliment, camping in a tent an upgrade. We dropped off the keys and left after we saw the room.
