It was okay for a short trip

Breakfast had good options Bed was very comfortable Staff was very friendly

It never materialized!!

I booked the room online - "last room available." When we got there, my husband was told, "Sorry but we only have 12 rooms for 18 people." Therefore, our reservation was null and void. Had to book another hotel, which was exasperating.

Pool was very nice, room slept 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Breakfast was really good.

Our door was difficult to deadbolt because it was crooked , I had to lift the door to deadbolt.

The location and the price are good, and the people are great.

Our room smelled like there was a person smoking in the AC system. It stuck with you.

Not bad for the value.

The bed was very comfy. Room was clean. The location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be.

Very poorly run and not at all accommodating to customers that are disabled.

Nothing. I will be contacting you regarding this stay. We had to move our room 3 times over the 2 nights there.

Excellent location, good breakfast and comfort.

The breakfast and the location were perfect for our needs. I congratulate you for your attention to the ladies who attended us at breakfast, there was cleaning and everything was very excellent.

When he requested more towels because we were 3 people, they told me that there were no towels because there were many customers and also the garbage in the garbage containers, they were not voted on time. They indicated, leave it outside the door, we left it outside the door, but they never picked it up.

extremely expensive for what they offer

The reception staff is very polite

The room was not clean. Dirty walls and doors. The toilet paper they left was used almost finished and I had to ask .

since the cost was so reasonable and our stay was comfortable, I would stay again

we got upgraded to a suite since not enough 2 queen bed rooms were ready, so that was a pleasant surprise

My stay was short & for visitation of colleges in the area. The stay was quiet & clean.

The staff was polite.

The staff not knowledgeable of food choices after hours in the area. If I would of chosen to eat from snack area, there weren’t many choices & very little in stock. The staff standing around talking about customers in the breakfast area. If a customer is unaware how the pancake maker works, show them without huffing & puffing.

this was an ideal location to spend with my sister

convenient to family and shopping and such. the breakfast and coffee. was delicious. the popcorn was a treat.

the adjacent bowling alley parking lot had an 18-wheeler and a couple big motor homes that ran the generators so I had to use ear plugs at night.

how close it was to liberty university

the room and hallways were filthy. the bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly- tub was dirty, the cubby that held our towels was dirty and the bathroom floors were not swept and it smelled like cigarettes in the room. there was a brown stain on one of the washcloths provided and a stain on the blanket on the bed. the shower curtain was being held in place with a zip tie and a penny - this is not acceptable.the mirrored door to the closet was not cleaned - it had debris stuck to it. my daughter and I didn’t notice as we checked in pretty late the night before- we went straight to sleep- it wasn’t until we woke up the next morning to shower and get dressed that we noticed the condition of the room and bathroom. it was very unpleasant.

Mattress was unbelievably bad for this hotel. Shower head was broken. Bath floors were sticky.

Worthless. Basically carbs, sugary Yogurt, green bananas

Bed was pitiful. Actually unusable with huge sinkhole. The other queen bed in the room was usable, barely.

The location was central to everywhere i needed to go for work.

no housekeeping… asked for towels, garbage bags, more shampoo … never delivered. common areas had spills that were not cleaned up. not allowed to leave pet in room without supervision… why are you advertised as pet friendly?

Very good

Breakfast was good and overall hotel layout was nice.

The bathroom had a mold smell and it looked like their was pink staining on the bottom of the shower curtain it was kinda gross. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. They also closed the breakfast doors early at 845.
