Nice room but breakfast and location could be improved.

3 beds and large room made less family fighting.

Breakfast was pretty bad. It was included otherwise would not have eaten it. Location wasn’t easy access.

Great location for a quick business stay

Spacious and clean room. Convenient location to lots of restaurants and also a grocery store if you want to prep meals in the kitchenette.

Have to pay for parking even though there is tons of spots available.

I liked the location of the property, the staff were also friendly.

As soon as I stepped foot on the the 7th floor I got the aroma of cigarettes, or at least someone who had just smoked some as well as the aroma of a borderline fecal smell. One of the first things I noticed was the size of the room, it was definitely smaller than what it seems like in the images, not the biggest deal I’m aware of square footage being shown on listings. The bathroom had carpet which was damp which I could feel on the bottom of my socks when I stepped into it. Additionally the window curtains had stains all over them and I could only guess what they were. I have picture evidence of this. And lastly on the instructions for the tv and how to access apps like Netflix, the first instruction is to click the INPUT button 6 times in order to reach a separate screen but there is no such button that reads INPUT on the remote or tv, I also have picture evidence of this. The remote itself was extremely complicated to use. I’m not too old or to young to know how to use a remote, I am in the tech industry myself.

everything in the room is old and dated the ironing board was falling apart the comforters were stained and yellow

Comfortable and relaxing stay.

Excellent! highly recommend. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast had cereal, oatmeal, fruits, eggs, waffles, sausages, toasts, coffee and tea. The rooms had a very nice and clean crib for our infant. The place is located in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and warm.

I wish I would had stayed there longer.

As I do not drive in US, this hotel is in an excellent location that there are restaurants that you can walk to eat, supermarket to buy daily utilities or simple food to cook at the kitchen. Also has a running trail nearby. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Ops, can do self laundry also.

There is air conditioning for warm/cool air. But it cannot maintain constant temperature. That’s means it will take times for the room to ‘warm up’ and then it will eventually cool down and then warm up again to your temperature set. It’s ok but a bit noisy and takes time. As the temperature this week was warm, I turn off the air conditioning and open window which is good.

We came in for the 49ers Football game this weekend. We had no familiarity with the area but I wanted something close to the airport and close to the stadium. We were 9 minutes from the airport and about 5 minutes from the stadium. The hotel was very clean with a good hot breakfast. There are additional snacks and adult beverages to purchase at the check-in desk. Next to the hotel is a great Italian restaurant with homemade brick oven pizzas and pasta. The rooms were good size and look forward to bringing my family back.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about the stay or the service. Really the only negative is there really wasn't any places to shop in the immediate area but that's not what we were there for anyway.

Not good customer service

The room was large and had a kitchen

There was a fire emergency on on of the lower floors. Alarms going off with no direction from hotel personnel. I am 73 and another lady with a cane had to come down 7 flights of stairs with no direction from any hotel staff. I am having a great deal of discomfort in my legs from having to go down the stairs. No one at check in informed me of the $100.00 incidentals fee. I found it when I looked at my bank. Then this morning I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and got a rude remark about the fee. I will not stay there again.

friendly staff, the shopping center right there was very convenient, good continental breakfast

room was smallish, but we were just there for a weekend and didn’t spend much time in our room anyway
