Te duur en onbetrouwbaar in hun rekening.

Kamer was goed verzorgd. Jammer dat raam niet open kon en er geen balkon was. Personeel in restaurantje was wel supervriendelijk.

Vrij onverschillig personeel bij receptie. Op mijn rekening werd parkeergeld genoteerd terwijl ik geen auto bij me had. Vervelend systeem bij ontbijt. Je mag voor 25 dollar dingen kopen bij winkeltje (wat zo op is, want het is erg duur), en als je meer uitgeeft, moet je dat bijbetalen.

The location was great, but for the price I feel it’s overrated.

The location was great, staff was responsive. They have valet parking which was helpful but it’s $42/day.

Nothing worked. I had to call for maintenance immediately upon arrival because the phone, television and safe did not work. There’s no microwave in the room it’s shared on each floor and mine did not get the food very hot.

Great location, staff went beyond expectations to help.

Went to bed after a concert, didn’t inspect bed (didn’t think I needed to). In the morning notice a spot of old blood on sheets, not mine, I had no sores.

Would stay again!

The convenience of being right down town by chase field was great.

I didn't like that valet parking was full by the time I got there and when I called and asked which parking garage the front desk person told me the wrong one so I ended up paying$50 for parking instead of $20.

Very lovely stay, location is great and staff is wonderful.

The staff is very polite and professional. The property is walking distance from chase field and vegan Thai restaurant. We needed a room as early as possible for my fiancé who has limited mobility. They made it so easy to checkin early. The city view was amazing. The room is beautiful, has a fridge, coffee/tea, hair dryer, iron/board.

Need more vegan options - the restaurant had 1 dinner option and a breakfast option, a Healthy chia pudding that was vegan and delicious.

Quick, easy stay in downtown Phoenix

Ease of checkin was great. Location was very convenient for downtown.

It was very busy because there was a concert that night. The line for the elevators at the end of the night was ridiculous, same with grabbing some food. Be prepared to wait.

love the night lights, cleanliness of room, location. front desk staff.

The staff of the bar downstairs were not customer friendly. It was more important to slice cucumbers into a bowl than greet o0r help me to order a drink. No one even smiled.

Uncomfortable layout for women travelers

Lobby amenities were great. We enjoyed having drinks at B&B.

We had 2 rooms and both had extra 2 doors to other rooms. It made us uncomfortable and we will not stay again. We have stayed at many Hyatts and we have never disliked the rooms until now.

The room was very clean and the breakfast omelets were awesome! Everyone was very friendly.

The cost to park my SUV. Having to park in a parking garage can be scary for a female when she is by herself.
