Very comfortable. I will not lie when I review something. I like to sleep comfortably and feel safe when I go on vacation. This place was both. I 100% recommended. The beach was also wonderful .

Great location! The hotel is super clean and the breakfast was really nice.

Parking fee was not included in the price. We had to pay an extra $20 a day for parking and the drinks at the bar were overly priced!

The property isn't maintained very well. Badly damaged furniture. Holes in the wall. Mildew caulk. Caulk that looks like a 2 year old applied it. Plastic shower that looks like it belongs in a trailer. Carpet everywhere. Carpet in a hotel in 2023 very dated and disgusting. Hallways look like they're never vacuumed. HUGE cockroaches everywhere (which implies lack of pest control). If they cared about pest control, roaches would be smaller and infrequent. If this wasn't on the beach, it would be a $75 a night hotel, that even I wouldn't stay in.

Lobby was nice , front desk very helpful, breakfast definitely amazing… the room was nice and big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids … short 1 mile walk from pier park

Well when i booked , i though this place had a big refrigerator and stove like the other places do but there was only a tiny mini micro fridge that barely worked and barely anything fit in there. This place needs stoves too .. i always bring food and it went bad .. i admit is my fault for not checking if they have a kitchen but for the price they charge they should … since booking at other places that do is about the same …. Also i wanted to wash clothes and on floor 6 and 9 both washers had mold around the ring … seem like they need to be disinfected and wiped at least once a day … the mold on the laundry room on floor 9 was definitely bad … we all know washer machines are required to be set on self cleaning every month with special cleaners for washers , these ones that are commercial washers require more maintenance… This is all i disliked at my stay here

The Room was Dirty! The Tv didn’t Work! The refrigerator didn’t close properly! Ruined my food! All in all I spent my hard earned money and feel terrible!

The price gouging for parking. We are already paying for the room, you really need another 20 bucks?

Location was excellent. View was amazing. Convenient to garage parking was very helpful. The breakfasts we had each morning was delicious. The staff at this hotel were so considerate and very professional. We highly recommend this hotel.

have been told 2x now by front desk we would get a call yesterday and today from manager tony with some sort of comp/solution and still have yet to. carpet was soaked in our room last day and a half because of AC issues (not to mention the loud noises coming from it) and the only replacement room they could offer us was street facing (no thank you-we paid for ocean view) so we just stayed where we were and dealt with maintenance in and out/loud fan/soaked floors. I feel like we should’ve atleast been offered a discount. someone did comp our parking so that was nice….and the evening shift maintenance guy was excellent and kind. still waiting on that phone call from manager tony we never received.

This was outstanding. The staff were so helpful and kind. Beautiful ceiling to floor windows in the breakfast, lobby and bar area. I can't wait to stay here again! Be sure to get a room beach side with a balcony. You won't regret it

Nothing to complain about, but I would love to have a Keurig in the room in order to have early morning coffee on the balcony

It Was Clean, The Bed Was Comfortable, The Balcony View Was AMAZING, Pools Clean, Exceptional Staff, It Was Just Overall Great.

Wi-Fi was slow

The breakfast was awesome.

The bar prices were too high and the bartender did not bill the drinks accurately. We had to call back and speak to the manager to get it corrected, which was an ordeal in itself. The manager would not return our calls despite 5 requests.

Location was great. Amazing views from the balcony. Easy avcess to parking.

Cleanliness needs some work. Hallways carpets were dirty. In bathroom in my suite, the shower floor was "repaired" and there was white paint all over the bathroom floor like someone just threw paint everywhere. Not sure who inspects the maintenance work, but someone should definitely follow-up because that room was unacceptable.

The only thing that was good was the view.

1. We were checked into a dirty, possibly occupied room. No apology was given, and then we were given a lesser quality room. 2. The room was not clean, mold on the shower head, floor, and the bathroom walls were dirty. 3. The bed felt 20 years old. 4. For the price the comfort was very disappointing.

Parking was a little over priced and crowded spaces, had a motorcycle group stay one night and u gave them preferred parking slots and best location didn't agree with guests as myself that stayed multiple nights?

Breakfast was great. Tried to call because we left a beach towel and a yellow men’s shirt in our closet and would like to come back and get it
