Truly appreciated the front desk clerk

Clean rooms and comfortable bed

Asked for lower floor and was put on 2nd floor and no elevator a.d

handicap features in bathroom unsatisfactory. defective shower and bench

The staff was kind.

The bed was terrible. It was a very hard mattress. The refrigerator in the room was constantly making a loud buzzing noise. I didn't get any sleep.

Be aware that this hotel is in a very small city, where you will be stared at if you are a minority. We arrived late at night and had been driving for several hours. Before check in, I asked to use the bathroom as I really had to go and could not wait. The front desk personnel refused, saying she prefers to check me in first before allowing me to use the bathroom. I had given my credit card info over booking.com but then realized when I got there that I left my credit card at home. When I realized the mistake I asked if the desk person would still allow me to check in, as I have my cc info memorized. which she refused saying she would have no idea if the credit card was stolen. which I understand to a degree. We agreed to pay cash but then she called someone over the phone who told her to charge us a extra 100 dollars if we pay in cash. We did not have that much money - so we asked if she knew of any atms in the area. the front desk lady was so unhelpful and was so unhelpful in helping us find a solution when we where stranded 3 hours away from home. Because it was such a small city the next WellsFargo atm was 18 miles away. We called a hotel in a nearby bigger town and they were more than happy to book us in their hotel. it was a bit more expensive by way more nicer than this hotel - were you can use the bathroom before check in.

Typical. It is nice to grab and go.

A little dirty around the perimeter of the room. The bed was nice, clean & very comfortable.

Clean and attentive location was great. Very close to freeway plenty of places to eat.

lady at the front deck was nice, grocery store across the street, laundry only $1 for wash and $1 dry (and dried with 1 cycle!)
