We liked the fact that we were able to get a kitchenette in Eureka for the price that we got it at.

What we didn’t like was that we had a bit of false advertising going on there. You advertise there was a pool and hot tub which apparently, according to the staff, has not been working in quite some time and has no future in ever being done… very misleading. and I know there is a large homeless problem in Eureka, but we didn’t realize we were going to have to listen to screaming banshees all night long. after the first night we purchased earplugs.

Breakfast... More like a snack... Actually

Room was ok... Fair size and as described.

Breakfast included.... Mmmm, I don't think packet oats, coffee and apples can be construed as breakfast... Quite disappointing to say the least...

Passable accommodation, expensive for what it offers.

Room was spacious, with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Towels and sheets looked new and felt fresh. Short walking distance to downtown and historic Eureka town. The staff was polite.

Room was noisy from traffic. We accidentally dropped some water on the tiled floor and when wiping it the paper came black so this floor must have not been moped recently or properly. Carpet looked ok but smelled a bit of smoke although we were in a non-smoking room. The last day, smell of smoke was more intense in the room maybe from the room below. The bathtub is placed a bit tilted so water comes out on the floor when showering even if the shower curtain is closed properly. Not very clean outdoor spaces. We were prepared for minimal breakfast offerings but they were even fewer than what we were prepared for.

Dog friendly but no place close to walk a dog. Homeless area behind but hotel is an area of many other motels, so this is just the state of the city

Room was nicely appointed. Staff very helpful.

The bathtub/shower pipes were installed backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot.

Clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could use a little work, there wasn't really anything l wanted besides coffee, and if they got some actual creamer it would be appreciated. The staff were super helpful with recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. I had to pay a pet fee which is understandable but l don't appreciate when it's charged per dog and not stated clearly in the fine print. Overall l would stay here again, especially if the doggos are left at home!

Superb

Very welcoming and service minded staff! Nice room, but what’s with the chair to table ratio in height? It is located in walking distance to many restaurants and less seedy part of town. From my point of view, good value for money.

Disappointing

It was at least clean

The noise all night was awful and scary. People screaming and banging on the walls all night, I thought at one point we would need to call 911...we worried about our vehicle being broken into. Don't plan on this "breakfast included" being a breakfast at all.

cheap, great location, hard beds, some hotel staff was pretty friendly.

The location was great. The room was spacious. not a bad price either.

The hard beds weren’t the best night sleep. was really hoping that at least one of the beds would’ve been a queen that we had in our room but they were all doubles and felt small. for a family of 5 and a two night stay we had asked for clean towels the next day and were only given two more. the “breakfast” wasn’t much of a breakfast. thankfully Dutch bros is right across the street for coffee.

I got ring worm from the bed, couldn’t figure out the heating, only has stairs for top floor. location was alright. breakfast is only a muffin.

Very good

The staff was very kind to me in my time of need. Very helpful. The ladies doing the housekeeping were very sweet.

I had dropped my pen on the floor and noticed that there was a huge pile if food and crumbs under the cover of the bed spread at the food of the bed and when showering I noticed a used cake of soap on the narrow ledge above the shwer. Otherwise it was a good room and kind staff
