Even though it was way small, the pool was nice

Bathroom needs repair work. No coffee table in living room or any type of table. Website is awful. I looked at pictures of a room I thought I clicked on and it was labeled wrong so I ended up not getting the apartment but the family suite which is far from a suite. I know it’s an old building but if there’s no elevator atleast hire a bellboy to help ppl especially to the 3rd floor. Website said breakfast, lol, yeah no breakfast. A room that holds 6-8 ppl shoukd get more than 2 beach tags and 2 parking spots. It was a little stressful but thank god we only needed to use the room to shower and sleep. I ended up bringing a blow up bc the couch was no good as a pullout.

It was comfortable and quiet. When stay is on property they are very pleasant.

There are 3 floors to this property and no elevator, which is not listed in the description. You have to make a pot of coffee in the lobby urself, parking is not so great usually if u leave you can’t find a spot back in. Rooms with double beds are very small

Close to beach and boardwalk , pool , very nice facility , friendly staff , clean , upkeep of facility good

The loud noises during night in room above us , kept us awake . It was supposed to be quiet time .

I didn't stay at the Ocean Breeze. I was moved to one of their other properties, The Forum (I still don't know why), which was mostly closed. They told me I was being upgraded, but I didn't consider it an upgrade.

The Forum - Room was OK, but it only had a tiny fridge and microwave. I don't like mircowaved food which is why I search for places with a kitchen/kitchenette so I can prepare my own food. Most of the motel was closed because there was ongoing renovations with debris and dust, (I stayed away most of the day so I wouldn't hear the noise), pool was unavailable, ice machine was broken, the lounge was closed, nothing in the vending machines and the nearby resturaunts opened late and closed early (most were closed by 2pm). Thank goodness for the close proximity to the boardwalk and main street. Even though many of the stores didn't stay open late (most there closed by 6, boardwalk too), I was able to buy something for dinner and reheat it later. The ACME super market was nearby too but again, I couldn't fit much in the fridge. The few staffpersons were nice. I saw one of the suites that was being renovated and thought maybe I would come back later in the summer but if the prices that were quoted to me are true ($3,000 p/w!), I think I will pass. Way too expensive unless I get a bunch of people to go. I won't do that because I don't like sharing a bathroom with more than 2 people. The one I saw was a 2 bdrm/1 ba with a full kitchen. It was very nice though. Now that would've been an upgrade!

WOW!!! The new owners did a HUGE amount of work. I loved this location before but is even better. I like the new security locks. The Manager was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be coming back for sure!!!

I lied everything.

The location was good and the room was clean

We barely got any towels. Only gave us 2 big towels. No wash cloths to take a shower and no hand towel for drying hands after washing. There was no heat and we were cold. The price for one night without heat was a bit ridiculous
