It was sufficient for the one night stay we planned it for.

Close to restaurants and other necessities.

Bedding was dirty/stained. Windows/trim/paint outdated. Just generally rather run down.

The location and the waffle restaurant next to it.

The floor was not mopped properly. Coffee stains or juice was observed. Also the air filter in the air conditioning needs to be cleaned. It smells.

Nothing. Everything was perfectly. Easy check in and out! Great clean rooms. Would be nice if they had bath mat IN THE TUB the water is so nice but makes the tub slippery!

they charged my card $100 after i left abut a pillow case and the housekeeping supposed to change them everyday anyways! Horrible service if I could give them a negative 0 I would!

Very good

Room 126 was a nice size room for a family of four. The room was clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Always a plus when traveling. My son enjoyed the pool. Not a great selection on Breakfast bar. But something is better than nothing to get the day going. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation and would definitely stay here again. Brittany was extremely nice!! Nice place for a nice price, we shall return Thank you!!

I liked how clean the room was and the convenience of the location. The parking lot was lit very well. Traveling alone as a women, I felt safe coming & going at night. I also liked the location of my room. They met my request and it was perfect (& quiet) by the back stairs. Although the coffee was hard to locate it was surprisingly good!

The handling of the deposit was a little dicey, but in the end they corrected it. Staff wasn’t very friendly and housekeeping never announced themselves. Just knocked on the door. Although happy they offered Breakfast-it could use a little upgrade.

It was nice and I would return

The breakfast was ok. he usual. Maybe some fresh fruit would be nice from the locals. My toilet seat was loose and I reported it but it was not fixed. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Comfy beds, breakfast not so much

The rooms and hotel were updated. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. A/C worked great.

Just a few issues with the breakfast. They ran out of sausage and milk about an hour before the end of breakfast.

Sleep Inn Underhandedness

Excellent location, newly remodeled facility, and convenient to restaurants and my ultimate destination of my trip.

The hotel manager has levied a $100 immediate deposit upon check-in, which you are not informed of beforehand. The reason: it's a security deposit required due to previous damage caused by pets. I had no pets and was on an extremely tight budget. The one hundred dollars is refunded at checkout, but it may take 5 - 10 business days to be fully redeposited into your account; in the meantime, you're out 100 dollars! Not good! Also, my room had no hot water, and I couldn't relocate, as my spouse is disabled. The clerk stated the manager would only charge me half price due to our inconvenience. He didn't; he charged me the full price. I will not stay there again.
