The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good!

We stayed in a non-smoking room, however the whole floor smelled of cigarettes. The smell was not offensive until about 9pm our room was flooded with the stench of burning cigarettes. We suspect someone in the room next to us was smoking indoors. The facility is right across from a gas plant so unfortunately for us it smelled outside and inside.

The mattresses were nasty. The foldaway had blood on the mattress, like a lot. They told us to just not sleep on it and brought a rollaway.

The bed was comfortable and the right height from the floor. The water was hot hot hot like I like it. I literally changed my mind about leaving in the night because the water was nice and hot and the shower had good pressure. The hotel was quiet in the morning. I swear most hotels tell the maids to make as much noise as possible to get ppl out of there, but this hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep in. There were lots of electric outlets. First time in any hotel. You get points for that too.

To start us off, the night help wasnt friendly. She wasnt annoyed or anything, she just didnt want us to talk except to answer the necessary questions she wanted answered. The room was run down. The curtians had a hole. The refrigerator looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. I WAS NOT ABOUT to use that coffee pot or the cups. The sheets smelled like someone that smokes slept in the bed. The carpet was worn, smelly, and, coming up, the sheets on the other bed were yellow in the middle. I dont think the sheets had been changed. If they had, they need to update their sheets. Lucky for me, I bring one of my own to cover all the bedding. A towel had a yellow stain. I had this reservation for a few days. They were expecting two adults and still only one set of towels is in the room. I would not have stayed at all except we checked in at 2 am and when I took a shower the water was nice and hot. The parking lot is not trailor friendly.

The air conditioner didn't seem to keep the room cool especially at night even though we had turned the temperature down.
