The staff were amazing!!

The room was filthy, sheets and towels were dirty. The nightstand and bathroom were disgusting, and the shower had mold all over the handle.

the elevator broke with some of our party in it and the key cards broke for one of the rooms. overall the stay was great!

Bed was super uncomfortable. Sofa bed was extra uncomfortable and springy and has a lot of stains on sofa when we walked in . Did not like . A 25 cent muffin, water n hard granola bar for breakfast every morning sucked.

The room was very clean. Everyone was very nice.

The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. It might be time to change the mattress and pillows. The side of the bed my husband slept on already had a permanent dip in it and the pillows had no form to them.

The room was perfect. I like how my name was on the TV. Shower was stellar. The Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner made my hair silky smooth. I had two beds to choose from. The food was great!

I think the batteries on the TV remote were low. It took a while to input my info for Netflix. That was the worst part of my stay. I guess you could say it was a pretty great stay.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom had Paul Mitchell products- I was surprised!

The large walk-in closet smelled like urine, the hard surfaces were fairly dusty, and the pillows on one bed smelled sour.

The rooms were clean and specious.

The coffee was over after breakfast.

Not enough karts for customers.I needed a kart but couldn't get one when I came because they were all gone.But lady was nice to find me one when I got ready to take bags to car .

there was a bunch of teenage swimmers who made a lot noise and were running around squealing and slamming doors.

The location was great. There was plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from or a short drive to others. Also, the hotel is near shopping.

The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working the whole time.

The location was good and comfortable beds and nice and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could have been better. The breakfast was a sack lunch with a muffin and a small water bottle. Most other places that I've been too had a better breakfast. Other than the breakfast I have no other complaints.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood not in a lot of traffic, convenient for my needs.

The breakfast was good and the ladies were so helpful and polite. So nice to have breakfast provided and not have to get up and rush out every morning to feed the family.

No complaints. Considering all the COVID mess we felt our stay was very comforting.

The bed wasn’t clean. , had spots on mattress and saw a big on side of it. I had to go buy a blow up mattress and sheets to sleep on. Their was ally of noise coming from the other rooms of peoples making loud noise all through the night and bumping and loud music from the peoples next door , I could not sleep I was better off just driving on back home and not stopping there. I only got rest from 7-11 when they left out I stayed up All night … I wish I would have gotten a better stay for my money I spent ! The location of the hotel was great is why i choose it. Staff was great it was just the noise and the un clean bed that I was very upset about, I didn’t start a big range of argument because I know the staff that was there that night it was not their problem and I was already tired from driving so I just wanted to rest but unfortunately that didn’t happen either. I wish I could of spent my money in a better place then this one , it was ridiculous! Money I could of saved and just went home .! I won’t return here

Stain spots all over the carpet and sofa.

Marijuana in the hall and could smell it in my room. Every morning the people upstairs was bumping knocking waking me up. Call front desk she said maybe they was getting dressed, and she would call. No one gets dressed that loud. They didn't stop. I will not be staying at another one.

I didn't like the outdated furniture in the lobby
