The amount of space was great! I liked the antique feel.
The only thing I didn’t like was no elevator. We had to lug our suitcases in and out up a lot of stairs to get to our room. They need to update the key to a card. I didn’t like leaving it at the desk when we left.

The location is convenient to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, and the street car which takes you to other areas. The rooms are large, very nice, and quiet. We also enjoyed the quiet courtyard pool. The Grenoble House provides a lovely traditional/historical NOLA stay.
The spot in front of the hotel to make bag drop off easy seemed to be taken by non-guest vehicles. A designated spot would have been nice for guests with a car.

The staff were incredible! We loved James and Champagne so so much, they felt like old friends and contributed so much joy and comfort to our trip. The king suite was lovely and had everything we needed. We used the pool and hot tub and patio every day, great ambiance.
We had no complaints.

The condo kept the rustic feel of the French Quarter and was very well kept and very clean with the necessary modern updates (fridge, oven, microwave). We stayed in the middle of summer during a heatwave so we ended up using the pool more than I thought we would. The staff were friendly and helpful to any information that we needed. Champagne and James at the front desk were awesome. I learned a lot from them about the area and they were fun to talk to. I will be staying here again the next time I visit NOLA.
Any issues that I have from my stay were not a result of Grenoble House. They were with the French Quarter. Staying there during a heat wave amplified the negative aspects of the area.

This is a great place with attentive staff. It’s quirky but lovable. We loved to accommodations and the pool. It is quiet. Kitchens in rooms are a bonus. Spacious. Excellent location.

Good location, very spacious rooms, unique feel
More utensils in kitchen, heads up about 3 flights of stairs because I am handicapped, other than that it was what we expected for the money

Rooms are huge and I loved the decor, excellent value! We loved the staff best. Champagne, James, and Mark all went above and beyond and made our stay very memorable. We will only stay here on future New Orleans trips.

Great location. Clean and comfortable and roomy. Mr. Champagne was so accommodating and helpful. Reasonable cost especially for what you get. Highly recommend
Staircase. There is no elevator BUT Mr. Champagne was very helpful in getting our bags up the stairs

This location is SO close to everything. Bourbon street is only a block over, and its near trolly stations. We walked everywhere and felt safe for the most part. We got the townhouse and it was so cozy and comfortable for our group of 5. House keeping came when requested and constantly made sure we had clean towels and were stocked up on toiletries and water.
There was some confusion about our room the first night we got there. The person at the front desk was eventually able to sort it out but his attitude was off-putting at times. The rest of our stay was fine in terms of interactions with staff.

I loved my stay at Grenoble house! The room was fantastic. Very clean and such a fun apartment style layout. Staff was friendly and location was very convenient.
My only real complaint is the wifi didn't work in my room. Not a huge deal but if that's important to you, keep in mind.

Close to bourbon street. Felt safe with staff at front. I was very surprised was completely furnished with living room kitchen, dining room and full kitchen.

The property was close to everything, so there was no need drive or even hail a taxi. it was quiet at night; but right where the party was if that’s what you wanted to do. fantastic gem that not enough people have talked about. We will look for this property the next time we visit.

Loved the size of the suites. The staff was even nice enough to switch our rooms so we could be on the second floor with a balcony. Very comfortable courtyard and pool area.

We stayed at Grenoble House during Mardi Gras. We were only one block from Bourbon street and walking distance to everything else. The building and room were very clean.

the room- a 2 story town house was way over priced. Run down bedrooms and bathrooms. i have never written a bad review for a hotel before, but I felt it necessary due to my expectations of other reviews.

The spa/hot tub was not on. That would have been nice to have been able to use.

Great location in the French quarter. Good size room/suite. Reception staff were pleasant.
The whole building felt a little run down. The kitchenette was not well equipped with limited mugs, plates etc. Some reception staff didn't really know New Orleans and couldn't give directions/suggestions.
