the hotel was clean and stocked at all times

the only inconvenience was the first night our room smell a lot of cigarette smoke, but management was very polite and made the arrangement and within minutes moved us to a different room

It was noisy well into the night, the conversations from the bar and restaurant are amplified and audible (loud) all the way to the upper floors. That was very annoying.

great location, convenient for walking to both South Congress and city centre, close to green areas and really nice playground nice room and lobby Starbucks on site, opening early in the morning great views over the river and city centre

breakfast was too expensive, especially for kids

We have 3 little kids and our room was in the last floor 16. A bit dangerous for them
