Convenient location

I got there around 6:20pm and the place was closed. The office was locked and I couldn't find any staff anywhere. I had to go to another hotel and still haven't been able to get a refund or any answer whatsoever from either the property or Booking.com.

Good value and great location, helpful service.

Well located close to shopping, and within 10 minutes of Ft Bragg. Very helpful and courteous front desk, although they are not open all hours.

Ground floor windows cannot be secured just partly open for ventilation.

A lot of highway noise when sitting outside, but wasn't noticeable in the room.

We'd stay again!!!!

Brad, the manager, is all about service to the guest. We've stayed here on three separate ocasions and he's always been friendly and professional in meeting our needs. A superb Innkeeper!

Kitchen could use an upgrade and a better supply of dinnerware but it met our needs!

Had a very comfortable stay away from home. Plenty of space and everything you need is there.

The complex manager was very friendly and hospitable. I liked that the facilities had one way in and all the rooms were inside of the complex, this means no one who did not belong there could access the area. The manger was very on hand and made sure no riff raff was taking place at late hours while everyone was trying to sleep. They even have a BBQ area in the courtyard for anyone staying to use.

The air condit9filter could have used being changed but all and all it was very well maintained. I'm a hotel manager for Housekeeping in Atlantic city casino, so I know the business very well and I was impressed as the affordability and how well and clean the hotel was. Breakfast would have been nice but they have a full kitchen and the manager provided me with filters foe the coffee maker.

Very good

It's a good place to stay if you're traveling for work and will be there for a while. It's not someplace I would stay if traveling with family as they do not have a pool, or play area for kids. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

No curtains on the windows. Just those stupid, vertical blinds that nobody likes because they don't completely cover the window opening. I ended up hanging towels over the top bar of the blinds in the bedroom to cover the window.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

property manager called the night before at 11:20pm and cancelled my reservation bc I was a local, and out of town guest take priority. So I had to find another hotel. and I still haven’t gotten my refund for the room

Felt like I was staying with family

Brad was the best and most accommodating person he was so nice we came in late but he was cool and waiting on us no problems. We stayed twice already I love my same room and i miss the neighbors

The room was clean and my neighbors were very quiet.Brad the manager was very responsive and took time to answer my questions.I would stay again if in Fayeteville.

The place is situated close to the road so if you are a light sleeper, you will have to do with the noise of passing traffic.

Highly recommend this place to everyone!!!! Lots of space!

Great price & lots of space! I loved that they had a TV in the living room & the bedroom. Felt comfortable just like being at home. Large mall across the street so everything that you may need is right there!

Would definitely stay again.

Safe area for a solo traveler. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and staff very accommodating.

Great affordable place for a low frills family stay

This is a very affordable option for a family traveling together. The room is a small suite. We could eat our own breakfast in the little kitchenette every morning. My son could sleep on the foldout bed in the sitting area to give us all a little more privacy. The Resident Manager is very responsive to every need or request. The suite was very clean. Also this facility is at a very convenient location for us.

Nothing. The Resident Manager is on top of any issues.
