La chambre familiale était agréable, fonctionnelle et assez grande pour 3 adultes et 2 grands ados.
La proximité du métro est un bonus , cependant c'est la ligne de bus M32 à 10mn de marche qui est largement plus agréable pour rejoindre Manhattan.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Il propose en plus des gaufres délicieuses , des éléments salés que nous avons apprécié de manger en rentrant.
Le personnel est très serviable dans sa très large majorité.
Jolie petite terrasse au 7ème étage avec une jolie vue.
Une odeur de gaz nous a un peu surpris le matin dans le couloir au 6ème étage. Le soir à notre retour, elle était devenue trés intense. Après avoir appelé la reception, inquiets et ne voyant personne arriver, je suis descendue. Une femme réceptionniste s'est montrée pour le moins désinvolte et limite désagréable. Elle m’a répondu que c'était géré en me tournant le dos.
Heureusement, un autre réceptionniste a pris le temps de nous rassurer. Visiblement, c'est un problème connu même si l'odeur ne rentre pas dans les chambres.
Le coin cuisine pourrait être un vrai plus s’il y avait aussi quelques couverts et assiettes.

Zu wenig Geschirr und Kochutensilien um die Küchenzeile benutzen zu können (Tipp: einen 2-Platten-Herd kann man mieten).
Nur 2 Stühle am Esstisch für 4 Personen.
Room Service wurde leider von Tag zu Tag immer schlechter

Tutto perfetto!, ampia stanza con vista bellissima sullo skyline, pulizie quotidiane, ottima colazione e staff sempre gentilissimo. Situato in zona molto tranquilla con fermata subway a un minuto a piedi e ad appena 4 fermate da Times Square. Tornerò sicuramente!

The location--- is pivotal ! It is just a couple of NYC Subway stops away from the iconic Times Square--- which establishes excellent connectivity with the City Center. The Room was superb, with amenities as a large fridge, a large microwave oven, dish-washer, kitchen towels, toaster, coffee-maker (although I did not use this last one). Breakfast in the spacious lobby served was sumptuous Continental type, with cereals, milk, fresh fruit juices as well as some other dishes (but as a strict lacto-vegetarian, I could not avail them, as they contained eggs, meat). My room was well-maintained, clean and with decent lighting, desks, closet, iron with ironing table. It essentially was a studio-apartment. The cherry on the cake was the Manhattan-NYC-view from the window, with the magnificent Ed Koch Queensboro bridge ! The staff was all-in-all modest, helping...Enzo, Omar and in fact all of them. They resolved all issues and gave me pointers on connectivity to the locations I wanted to visit. Queensboro Plaza North and 39th Avenue Station are conveniently located (respectively two blocks and one block away). The Queens neighborhood is an upcoming one, and it feels like it has started rivaling Manhattan, given the skyscrapers that are being constructed. Thankfully, there are lots of food options including Indian food ! One added convenience: public laundromats are in the neighborhood on Crescent Street.

Camera ampia all’ottavo piano, bagno grande con vasca uso doccia, shampoo e doccia schiuma disponibili, asciugacapelli. Colazione accettabile essendo a NY, consiglio di scendere entro le 7:30 per non trovare troppa folla. vicinanza alla metro con pochi minuti di cammino, cordialità del personale, possibilità di farsi chiamare un ncc privato per andare in aeroporto. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Wi-Fi funziona bene. Bella la vista dal terrazzo del 7 piano
Secondo letto (divano letto) scomodissimo e piccolo per due ragazzi, al nostro arrivo era ancora chiuso (dopo 10 ore di viaggio ) chiedo che venga sistemato ma mi rispondono “sorry dovete farvelo c’è l’occorrente nel cassetto” a mio parere è inaccettabile.

Bon petit-déjeuner. Hôtel calme. Des pommes, du café ou thé à volonté. Lit confortable, chambre nettoyée tous les jours. Personnel à l'accueil très gentil.
Il manquait juste plus de fruits au petit-déjeuner.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro, solo 1 minuto andando, puedes ir a todos los lados porque está muy bien comunicado, cerca hay un supermercado pequeño que también venden comida para llevar y está muy bien de precio ya que todo en la cuidad es carísimo. Los trabajadores todos muy amables, te limpian la habitación, cambian toallas y hasta te lavan los platos, eso se agradece mucho. Las habitaciones cómodas y grandes, nos faltaban edredones y almohadas para el sofá cama pero lo pedimos y no los trajeron. También tiene un metro que está a 6 minutos andando para que puedas coger el tranvía para el aeropuerto.
El desayuno no tienen mucha cosa, muy poca variedad, lo que hace que comas lo mismo cada día y sino te gusta lo que hay pues te quedas sin desayunar. En los 7 días que estuve había lo mismo cada día, si tuvieran una espacio mayor para el desayuno podrían poner más variedad porque a veces tampoco tenías mesa para sentarte.

O café da manhã foi bastante agradável, com itens que até surpreenderam positivamente. O quarto é bastante amplo e adequado para famílias de 4 a 5 pessoas. A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo de Manhattan e, se não fosse um dia chuvoso, daria uma excelente visão da cidade, conforme prometido no anúncio. Muito rápido para chegar às principais atrações.
O estacionamento não comporta a demanda. Mas, a garagem próxima é boa o suficiente e tem um preço interessante, até melhor que o da garagem do hotel.

La chambre est conforme aux photos avec beaucoup de rangements, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le coin cuisine permet de réchauffer ses plats ou de cuisiner en demandant le nécessaire à l'accueil.
Le quartier est calme avec 3 superettes dans un rayon de 10 minutes de marche pour se ravitailler. La station de métro est à 2 pas et vous conduit à central park en 12 minutes et dans wall street en 30 minutes (avec un changement).
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec possibilité de faire ses gaufres tous les matins! les enfants, et nous, avons adorés!
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et réactif aux demandes, bravo!
C est pour moi un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Su nostra richiesta ci è stata fornita una piastra con padella per cucinare senza alcun sovrapprezzo
Se proprio bisogna cercare un punto negativo, il servizio di deposito potrebbe essere reso gratuito anziché costare 10$ per ogni bagaglio

Emplacement un peu excentré du centre de Manhattan mais quartier agréable et près d’un métro. Il ne faut pas oublier la gentillesse du personnel, tant à l’accueil qu’au service de petit déjeuner mais aussi le personnel de nettoyage. Un tout grand MERCI.
Couverture/couette du lit un peu trop petite mais chaude. Le lave vaisselle laisse les couverts sales. Salle de bain un peu petite.

Hotel un po' defilato come posizione, ma a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro. In 20 minuti sei nel centro di Manhattan.
Staff molto disponibile e cortese. Pulizia ottima. Colazione americana a buffet, costantemente rifornito. Nel complesso comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Posti a colazione ridotti rispetto alla capienza dell'hotel, si rischia quindi di dover aspettare un po' nei momenti di maggiore affluenza. Altra cosa negativa è che per tenerti i bagagli il giorno della partenza chiedono 10$ a bagaglio.

Colazione scarsa e poco variabile (le cose a disposizione sono molto poche e sempre le stesse, e la qualità è mediocre).
L'organizzazione della colazione è alquanto caotica e disorganizzata, e permette ai maleducati di rendere il servizio veramente basso (famiglie che prendono 10 briosche e si portano il cibo in camera; persone che preparano i panini e portano via tutto per il pranzo al sacco; pochi posti a sedere).
La struttura dovrebbe rivedere completamente il metodo organizzativo.

We (2 adults + 2 kids of 12 & 9 yrs old) have spent 6 days in this hotel. We have really enjoyed the staff at the reception, the location ( very comfortable to be 2 subway stops away from Manhattan in a more calm and relaxing area such as Long Island City), the size of the room ( we had a quadruple room), the cleaning service. The cost of the room was high but we have booked just 2 weeks before and the hotel was already full. And in general, all hotels in NYC are now terribly expensive ! All in all, we definitely recommend this hotel !
Unfortunately the breakfast zone is overpacked and messed. The management should re-think and re-organize the entire area in order to avoid long wait at the buffet or before getting a free table. The staff was very active, fast and helpful but still the confusion was there. This is the only negative thing of the hotel.
