Awful, overpriced and not clean

Location was fine but it is not on the beach. There is a road that you have to cross to get to the beach. The breakfast was decent at the Castile restaurant.

The hotel room was very outdated, and the couch and chair had many tears and rips in the upholstery. The room was dusty like it hadn't been cleaned well. We were told we had a balcony with a Gulf view and when we got up to the room, there was no balcony and the view was of the street with a little bit of gulf view. The halls of the hotel were all patched up with drywall spackle and no pictures or artwork of any kind. It was very gloomy and dark in the hotel. To get to the pool you had to walk through the parking garage and the pool was tiny. It felt like I was staying at a Best Western except over paying about 4 times as much. We were unhappy with the quality of the room and went to the front desk to express our concerns. They said that they couldn't do anything about it but could let the general manager know and would give us a call but they never did. There wasn't even a telephone in the room to call to the front desk. It was the strangest hotel I've ever been to. I would not ever recommend this overpriced dump to anyone and will never stay again!

The facility was very nice and quiet. Really clean and the restaurant in the hotel has really good food.

The facility was very nice. All the staff, except the overnight attendant, was great. He was very creepy towards me and tried to get me to walk in a dark area saying there was a different way to get back to my room, and he insisted I go that way as he followed me. I didn't go that way because I felt he wasn't right. Great hotel, but not coming back because of that.

Disappointing - due to Management not being customer focused.

Good new hotel by comparison to others on the beach.

Poor management - lots of people with ‘Manager’ in their title, but no one took responsibility to resolve the problem we had with our booking. We were assigned a room that was already occupied by someone The free Genius upgrade was not honoured and we received a lower grade room. Front Desk blaming previous hotel owners and Booking.com saying that photos in the room type didn’t show what you actually receive. No self parking option.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. Enjoyed the extra wellness touches such as the air filters and shower infuser.

Getting to the beach was a little further than anticipated. Since it is across the street, it would be nice if there were a few more amenities available without having to go back to the hotel, such as waters or limited drinks.

Very good

Beach access, pool and restaurant were all really nice. Walk to restaurants. Rooftop bar was fantastic, and the staff were all super helpful.

Pool mbar was not open.

Very relaxing hotel.

Breakfast was very yummy. They had just begun serving meals and breakfast was amazing. We also had craft cocktails one evening and that was very nice.

Roof top bar needs some work. Wasn't open during our stay.

Everything!!! There is not 1 thing I didn't like 🙂

Housekeeping was slacking a little. Just clean the rooms everyday no matter what. Unless someone has a do not disturb sign up, that's understandable. After a long day I wanna get back to a nice clean room and bed and towels to shower with. The one night we had to ask for towels cuz no one was in our room that day after I specifically asked for our room to be cleaned cuz it didn't get cleaned the day before either. We stayed 6 nights so a clean room 4 nights outta 6 really isn't that bad. I loved everything else about this place that it would be my choice each and every time I go back to St Petersburg

This is a .wonderful place to stay. Love all the thoughful littlle extras they provide like champagne when checking in, different types of carafes of fruited water in the lobby and mini desserts, the cocktail party with free drinks and nibbles, the bath robe for each guest and the special coffee pot in your room.. The rooms are great, the rooftop is lovely and the breakfast is wonderful. Definitely plan to stay here again the next time I am in this area.

It’s too expensive for what they offer. Old hotel that makes you pay $20/night for parking, breakfast is not included either and the rooms didn’t even have lotion for the body or other basic stuff.
