Our stay was fabulous, and we will be back for future Boston trips.

A shout out to the fabulous staff at The Verb hotel! Starting with Chris at the front desk who got us into our room early and upgraded us to a Fenway view room! He was incredibly helpful with letting us know all the amenities of the property, including the 24/7 Nitro coffee on tap! We loved the record selection, the hotel decor is fabulous, and the in-room record player was an extra special touch. The free breakfast was delicious, with smoothies, waffles, oatmeal, pastries and more. Crisela the breakfast attendant was very friendly, had our food ready promptly and the breakfast area was spotless! The rooms had really cool decor, and were VERY clean. Blanca had our rooms made up quickly the days we were there and we could not have been happier! The Verb location was perfect for our college visits to BU and Northeastern and was very accessible to the Greenline T for us to get into downtown, and out to visit BC and Tufts. Baseball season hadn't started when we were there, but you can't be closer to Fenway. I look forward to returning and staying in one of the really cute retro RV's they have on site! They also have on site valet parking.

It was great! I want stay again.

The two women serving breakfast were very kind and had warm smiles. The doorman outside the hotel entrance was also very kind. Rock music was great.

My room's refrigerator (Room 140) was too cold. Everything was flozen in it We stayed for 5 nights, so it would have been great if there was a coin laundry in the hotel. It would be better if there were no holes in the glass next to the shower in the bathroom. It is better to cover all glass doors. It would be nice to have a room with bathtub.

Perfect Stay - Would Happily Return

From the moment we pulled our car up until we left it was an excellent stay. We arrived earlier than check-in time and the valet checked on our room before we even left the car; it was ready! The staff was incredible - available, friendly, helpful. The hotel was super clean and the theme was so much fun. The continental breakfast was surprisingly delicious, not just for a hotel but for anywhere - I had the tastiest and freshest almond muffin and almond croissant I have ever had! We would love to visit again. The hotel itself was fantastic in every way. We were visiting Northeastern University and it is easily walkable but we weren't comfortable walking across the Fens at 10:30-11pm (it was quite dark and didn't appear to be very populated, this was mid-November) so we Ubered back to The Verb. Not a problem, that was our back-up plan anyway, just including it here in case it's helpful to someone else because I couldn't find info on this prior to our trip.

I will always stay at the Verb when I am in Boston!

Its vibe was like no other! The staff were so friendly. The continental breakfast was phenomenal with so many options I’ve never seen from an included package. I was thoroughly impressed with all the cool details throughout the hotel!

Staff are super friendly - not stuffy & uptight! I LOVE the albums to sift through & use in our room!

Quick trip with a funky vibe.

Had a fun funky vibe and the outdoor pool was open in December and people were using it

The only complaint I had were the pillows weren’t good, but most hotels have bad pillows

Living like a rock star on a budget

It was so cool. Like staying in a rock and roll museum! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Plus, you can’t beat free breakfast, water, coffee, restaurant discounts, record players with records, and the location!

The beds could be more comfortable. Also, it’s an old building with no elevator. Parking is expensive.

Accueil chaleureux. Personnel bienveillant et toujours prêt à aider. Ambiance originale. Situé légèrement en marge du centre ville (15 minutes à pied). Entouré de plusieurs restaurants. Chambres très confortables, bien équipées et bien isolées.

Rates are doubled during events, I found the same room I booked is half the price right now and to gouge during concert or red sox game is ridiculous! :(

A hotel for rockstars!

The rockstars really stay here! We booked a room for a concert we went to at MGM Fenway and actually ran into the band in the lobby the next morning! The aesthetic is unbeatable - such a cool, musical vibe. The attached Japanese bar had great drinks and really fun atmosphere, although the restaurant closed a little early so we couldn't try the food. The room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast had some good options. The location is the best part- walking distance to Fenway! It's the perfect place to stay for a concert or game.

Parking was AWFUL. The valet spaces are limited so although we got there only an hour after check-in began, we were told there was no space available and had to find our own parking on a Saturday night in downtown Boston. It actually ended up better because we watched the valet attendant wreck a car as she parked it... The whole hotel was really hot. The lobby/common areas were probably 75+ degrees and we could only get our room down to 73. Our family was very uncomfortable sleeping. The price is pretty outrageous but seemed standard for Boston I guess.

Didn’t know it was a rock music themed hotel. So cool. There are record a player in the room with many vinyls to choose from. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Accommodating. Free grab and go breakfast delish.
