NO VOLVERÍA

La ubicación, la atención y el desayuno son aceptables, pero esperaba algo mejor por el precio.

Al hacer check in el hotel me cobró OTROS DOS IMPUESTOS NO especificados en esta página (otros hoteles lo incluyen en el precio). Además, no especificaron que el hotel está en remodelación antes de aceptar la tarifa no reembolsable. El elevador parecía peligroso.

Grateful for the way guests are CARED for! Thank you Hyatt Place El Paso Airport.

This location was centrally located. The Manager, Miriam Calzada was absolutely the best hotel manager I have ever encountered. And we travel quite a bit, domestic and international. She went out of her way to show concern for my 82 year old mother. Breakfast was prepared with care, like we were eating at someone's home. So much care. The rooms were immaculate. Parking was spacious. Freeway access. Starbucks coffee. We even had menudo for breakfast on Sunday.

The staff was nice friendly room was clean .

The bar could be better. They could update the bar tray lemons were moldy , olives were hard , cherries were nasty, and girl at the bar just offered like that. Also the bell hop carts were scarce they need more than just 2 or have a sign stating not to keep in room and bring down when done. Other than that everything was good

Good location

Don’t rely on their stated “free shuttle”. I called before our flight to ensure my family and I had a way to get from the airport to the hotel and was assured that the shuttle would be waiting for us. When there was no shuttle, I called the hotel again and was told “our Driver has left for the day”. No apologies or anything.

Would I stay there again, probably not.

Breakfast okay. Location so-so.

Only 1 elevator running. Television was having satellite issues. No microwave. AC Thermostat was not friendly user.

No shuttle service to the Union Depot Train Station.

I will recommend people to stay there it was a pleasant stay

Breakfast was good hot and fresh each morning and hot coffee and the area was very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that the rooms didn’t have a microwave.

The mini fridge stopped cooling The bath tub filled up with water when showering The pool must of had a bunch of chemicals it was wasn't comfortable for my kids

I'd pick somewhere else next time.

Complimentary breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly.

Location is right next to freeway so it's extremely noisy at night. The room seems old and outdated, unlike the other Hyatt Place I have stayed before. We stayed two nights and the room wasn't cleaned after each night. Apparently, they don't clean until the third day, which is very disappointing.
