Convenient location

No soap in shower, vent in sleeping area is falling off

Old, odor, dirty furniture in lobby. Rooms stink and my room 320 there was a live BEDBUG on my bed.

It was conveniently located to where we needed to be.

Well we specifically picked the suite due to needing 2 rooms, for our 2nd nite, the tv wasnt working, we called front desk the clerk wasnt helpful, the next day the front desk was very helpful she got us a new room everything worked great, but the bed was not comfy at all. It was the worst bed ever. Back hurts today but thats nit her fault.

People are great, but very under staffed, breakfast was really good and on time every morning

Room was dirty, hair in shower drain, all walls were dirty, floor dirty, ever got trash picked up had to take it out myself, not what I was paying for.

The staff Booking.com messed my reservation up and the staff fixed it

We had multiple hairs in shower and stains on love seat breakfast was not that great

most everything including breakfast

the bed closest to bedroom had a huge sunken area in middle. slept horrible

The food was good and location was good. We had plans first morning so didn’t eat but ate Sunday before back to airport. Location was good because close to OU which was reason for being there.

We got in late so probably got the last room 🤷🏼‍♀️but we made these reservations almost a year in advance. It looked and smelled as if the room had a leak from ceiling, carpet was wet, Iike it had tried to be cleaned. Out dated and just not a nice room for the money we paid!
