Very good

Parking is tight. I damaged my car pulling out of my assigned parking spot. It was beside a rock wall.

Great stay at a nice clean place with a great atmosphere

We enjoyed it so much and it was beautiful weather so we even stayed another night! Room was clean and location was great!

Exceptional

I really enjoyed seeing the sunrise from my bed in the Dock house. That was an upgrade as the main house was having work done. Robin was great.

Had wanted a kitchenette. But the upgrade made it all ok.

close to the shore, a cute property, clean

I liked it. the only thing was that Booking.com advertised a different room, mentioning that it is a studio, the last one available, which was not accurate.

location, never used car we walked. Location is the best!! interior and exterior of hotel was excellent...very clean and decorative, beds comfy, enjoyed the kithchette

fire/smoke alarm went off twice without reason. 0530 one morning and one afternoon/evening. No one responded to the alarms and the desk seemed unaware that the alarm went off when we asked the next morning/afternoon. . Parking is very tight in the parking lot. Please offer larger trash cans if housekeeping staff are not going to check in or empty daily

Did miss morning coffee bar with 1/2&1/2 but understand the Covid-19 situation and it was a short walk to a coffee shop

Way more than Marginal

It was nicer in person than the pictures showed! We stayed in room 401 and it was all updated with a really nice bathroom and shower! Also one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The view was amazing from the porch and the staff let us check in early! It was a relaxing atmosphere and a close walk to nice restaurants and shopping.Totally worth the price! I will stay there again!

Nice place, great view, disappointing room amenities and therefore value

Lovely place and amazing location. Nice, pretty quaint older building and staff was nice

Paid a premium price, I think mostly for the view. Room was okay and bathroom was okay. But air conditioner was needed and went on/off all night, the place is really a guest house so heard neighboring rooms beside us and above us, internet was spotty (and did not reach the bathroom) and TV could not quite get Netflix.

Nice comfortable room. With assigned on site parking we did not have to worry about losing our space. Quiet and relaxing.Beautiful view from our room.

Quiet and Clean

We had such a delightful weekend away. Due to Covid, we were nervous about staying anywhere. This property was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this property to others who want to escape their homes. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom shower was amazing. There was a mini fridge in the closet. Overall, we would love to stay here again.

Our only complaint was that there wasn’t really a place to eat in the room. There are plenty of chairs but not enough surfaces large enough to eat on. No worries, it was still warm enough to eat outside by the ocean.

I truly enjoyed all of the property and my cozy cottage like space Beautiful !

No breakfast I loved the beauty of it and convenient location to ocean as well as town/ city

The dehumidifier was noisy but it helped mask the noises upstairs as when it wasn’t going I could hear the people above me in bed I mean the springs or something n it woke me up As well as when they flushed the toilet at nite
