Clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice but unable to enjoy it due to drunk adults and teenage boys ruining the experience for others.
Most of the staff are very helpful and kind. One in particular never smiled-lacked self awareness of body language.
That there is an upgrade charge to request a room on the back of the hotel so that I don’t have to listen to traffic (semi trucks) throughout the night.
That there is no one policing the pool - drunk adults at the pool/hot tub/fire pit ruining the experience for other guests.

What i liked.....ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! This place is comfortable,beautiful & has AMAZING staff that is always helpful & pleasant!! The breakfast is beyond the best I have ever had at a hotel!
What i didnt like can't recall anything! The lobby is always clean & welcoming then the room itself LOVE IT!
