We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast wasn’t included.

Bar stools, the backs were short. The chairs in the rooms not comfortable. They don’t really have sofa beds in the rooms. They have to bring portable beds up to the room if you have more than two people in the king size rooms.

the artwork, spa and restaurant and it’s staff, the hotel itself was very beautiful. The experience was very epic. The host at the front desk wasn’t the best on details about the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel’s Habitat Feed and Social was the same basic breakfast you get in all American hotels, and, hence disappointing, given the hotel’s overall status.

Location was nice. Hotel lobby and grounds were nice.

There was nothing special about our stay that justified the price tag. Guess you live and learn. Valley hotel a couple blocks away is just as nice for half the price.

peaceful, interesting, comfortable.

fantastic location, neat furnishings, loved the bathtub (it was an upgrade!)

no fan in the toilet room. tv was dim and wasn’t able to adjust the brightness, seemed to be disabled according to the remote.

The environment was very clean and I loved the art work. in addition, the staff was excellent.

EXTREMELY overpriced. Generic, mid-level Marriott quality posing as a luxury stay.

the bar and outside terrace are nice. People at desk and valet were friendly.

the food was mediocre and overpriced. The decor of the hotel is dark and cold and worn around the edges. Housekeeping did not clean the bathroom counter and sink.

Perfect!

I loved everything about this property! The decor is gorgeous! Bed is comfortable! The food at the restaurant is amazing. If you want to use the spa make a reservation in advance. Staff are all polite & accomodating. The valet are so gracious! This was the perfect staycation for me to reset & relax. Worth every dime!

It was just "okay".

The facility is lovely, with beautifully furnished rooms which were very comfortable. The location is great. Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and the Botanical Gardens.

Everything was just "okay". Not terrible, but there was nothing that makes me feel like I want to rush back. I've received better guest service and had equally as comfortable accommodations as lesser priced hotels.

Nice hotel with no staff ? COVID ? Sunday night stay. $350 is a little steep for what you get.

The room is big and very comfortable and comes with a HUGE bathroom and walk-in shower. Love the artwork in the corridors.

There seemed to be no staff. After check in there seemed to be nobody to answer the telephone, my room phone in fact was dead due to a dead battery I think. Also the Internet was not working in my room. Very few wait staff in the restaurant and at the end of the meal we were ushered out unceremoniously and rather rudely I thought. The crowning glory came when the radio alarm came on at 2:30 in the morning!
