Superb

Second time we have stayed there. It is very comfortable, and has a couch for relaxing and TV. Nice set up if staying longer than one nite.

I felt the floor wasn't as clean as it should have been. My feet were very dirty on the bottom.

Great location for Utah Tech activities, a few blocks walk away. Simple but Clean and large rooms.

Simple and Very clean large room with new carpet. Was walking distance to Utah Tech, friendly staff. Paid more for room because of holiday weekend.

No pool or jacuzzi.

We will definitely stay there again …… when all motel rates come down.

Loved the beds, pillows, towels. Very clean. Owners/ staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed a chair with a back on it for my husband.

clean and comfortable, with very friendly staff

the poeple were very freindly and helped with every thing we needed. comfortable room, comfortable bed. we stayed 5 days for an ironman competition - having a kitchen was comfortable and saved the need to go out for so many meals. the place was about 20 min walk from the heart of the competition and only few minuts walk from a good point on the bike course.

the motel is on a main road in st. george - very noisy, and also i hate the thought of breathing the polution for 5 days and nights... when the door and window were closed noise was cut down by much, but i need air and light. (window and door in the same wall, little air flow). the room was a little dark, we changed the light bulb in the lamp, and bought one more and than it was OK.

Overnight stay for family traveling home from California. Office was closed on our arrival but lockbox and instructions

Clean, convenient, quaint, clean bedroom, enough towels, pillows, bathroom was spotless, plenty of toiletries. Perfect for families.

Great Place, Time and People!

The Chalet Motel was perfect for our attendance and participation in the Huntsman Games. Very close to restaurants, gas, . and our Pickleball Courts. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly and at a very affordable price (especially considering the high demand for accomodations).

Attentive to their guests' needs

I arrived early for check-in and, although, my room wasn't ready yet, the front desk staff called housekeeping and told them to clean my room next. When I came back to check in, a staff member asked if I'd like assistance carrying my luggage up the stairs. I declined, but it was nice of him room ask. The rooms at this hotel are spotless and they have been upgraded. The towels are the fluffiest I have ever used and the Tommy Bahama toiletries are a nice bonus. My room was very quiet even though I was above the laundry room and the ice machine.

I wish there was a pool. I had some down time and it would have been nice to relax by a pool since the weather was so nice.

3 queen beds.

Poor beds. Very noisy. Very old and dated. Had a coffee machine but no wall plug to use it.

Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, best beds, linens, & pillows. Bathroom towels were the best. Close to everything. Staff was attentive.

A bit of road noise since it is right on a busy road but nothing that would stop me from staying again. It took longer than expected for shower water to get hot so thought we didn't have hot water, but once it got hot, it stayed hot.

the parking lot is small? but really it wasn’t a bother.

Comfortable!

The location is excellent and very quiet even though the room is next to the main street. We like the price and also the room is so clean!
