Great value and comfortable room

Great rooms with a useless kitchen area

Staff were very friendly, efficient and cheerful which made for an excellent introduction to the chain. Freeway is nearby but rooms are quiet and we heard nothing from the road or our neighbors. Rooms were large, well appointed, very clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. Great towels and toiletries are provided. There is a large fridge, a stove, a microwave and sink in the kitchen area... but....

No cutlery, dishes, pots or pans so kitchen essentially useless unless you have your own stuff. A bit pricey, although that seems to be Bozeman in general and it's quite far.from downtown so you need to drive to get there.

There were cookware or utensils. If you wanted breakfast, the cost was $7 for a breakfast sandwich. The price definitely was too high for this particular hotel.

Passable

The kitchenette.

Running out of toilet paper and being told sorry the shipment won't be here for a couple of days. So I had to go to the store myself and purchase my own for the remainder of the stay.

Amazing.

Such a wonderful employee checked us in after midnight. The place was clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable after a long day of travel.

Kitchenette. If we were staying longer, that would have been a great amenity.

Friendly staff and good location

They advertise a kitchenette and provide it, but no cooking pans, utensils, plates, glassware ,etc, which renders the kitchenette useless.

over priced pet fee!!

The property was clean close to highway. Room was clean and comfortable.

was overcharged a 100.00 dollars for a pet fee. Pet fee is 25.00 when I questioned why I had two additional 25.00 dollar charges was told it was a mistake and they would credit me the 50.00 dollars. When I checked my credit card I never received a credit I had two more charges to my credit card. spoke to another person at the front desk and they we’re leaving a message for the general manager about this issue and I still haven’t received a credit or had any contact from the management. Very disappointed!
