We were on the go outside having fun only came back to room for sleep& shower...so construction didn't bother us

Great location Very helpfull front desk , pleasant to talk to ,lots of recommendations for us to check out in the area

Outdated but very upfront about all the current work they were doing on updating/ repair and replacing in the property.

Close to the stores.

The place wasn't how it looks in pictures , place wasn't clean , when we booked in said it had a microwave when it didn't. Shower was horrible, Beds too. I wouldn't recommend the place ...

When every other room in Tahoe is $300+ a night I feel you get what you pay for. It was a no frills room with limited st

I liked location and that it wasn’t an outrageous price for a Saturday night.

when they remodeled the rooms it appears that they used some low quality furnishings, there is no moving air at all in the room, and parking was limited (because of the snow).

Great location

It was a 5 minutes walk to downtown, bed was comfortable, and easy check in.

The heater took about 1 hr to warm up the room but once it started working, the room got pretty warm 😁 The carpet had some stains but room smelled good.

The hotel was in a very nice location and the bed was outstanding that was the best part of the room was the bed.

We did not take showers there at the shower was really not clean to our standards. Also it will definitely was not worth what I paid for it I was expecting a nice fancy room with the refrigerator microwave nice clean blankets instead of dingy white blankets and pillow cases and a nice clean shower instead of a dirty bottom shower.

i liked that is close to a beach walking range

the bed wasn't comfortable at all had complaints of the people next door and the office closed called the number nobody answer so if you need something theirs no way to reach them until 4pm

Amazing Staff, cute room. great bed, clean room. Very happy.

Check in was amazing. I felt very welcomed. It was like seeing a friend when I checked in. The room was quaint. You can tell they are really trying to make it a lovely destination.

It would be great if there was a small refrigerator in the room. The television was stuck on a channel that was only in Spanish. There were two remote controls and they both did not work. No worries though. I had a great stay.

It was really dirty and a little pricey for what I got. There was no a/c and it was very hot.

saved us money for activities and dinner, convenient location to tourism

value, parking, location of the hotel, fireplace, separate dressing area from bathroom and bedroom area

construction in surrounding areas had loud beeping early in the morning, sunlight was super bright through the windows, temperature was difficult to manage, floors were dirty and breaking up. garden area was all pulled up
