Even with a couple problems, it is a nice place.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly people. Convenient to other locations. Valet was really helpful with a car problem.

$10 water bottles! Snack area is overpriced. Breakfast okay but microwaved too much. The website did not say the rooftop restaurant was closed and not open for business. Our toilet was broken and the TV didn’t work the first night. Fixed the next day.

Complimentary water, location, moisturising lotion in the bathroom, make-up wipes. Staff friendliness.

limited tables for breakfast and plastic cutlery. I understand the current choice to use the plastic cutlery but hope that Hilton is considering ways to eliminate the use of single use plastics.

Outstanding customer service and dedication, very pleasant stay

Perfectly clean and well maintained, every staff encounter was pleasant and friendly. Great location to the metro, close to many great restaurants, good parking and safety. Outstanding customer service, would absolutely recommend.

All I can say is that it was just beautiful and I will be back again. I felt safe. It was nice and clean and I can’t sle

So nice and clean. I had to stop going to hotels after the corona because they were not clean at all but this one was just wonderful. I will be back again.

I had a With the tallest stools, they were too low and I am handicap. I have problem with my knees. It was very difficult difficult for me to get up. I had to call my husband to help me up.

Ok stay but could have been much better

Breakfast was decent. Rooms were fairly clean and quiet. It’s centrally located to most things and made it easy to see much of what we had planned to see.

When we arrived at the set check-in time our rooms were not ready. We waited almost 45 minutes before being assigned to our rooms. The rooms were fairly clean. Just don’t move any furniture because it’s dirty under there. We had to push one bed against the wall so our preschooler wouldn’t fall off the bed. They advertised a microwave in the room but there was none. They didn’t mention it until AFTER we had checked in. False advertising there. There was one common microwave in the lobby area downstairs and we were on the 8th floor. Made it pretty tough with little kids.on checkout the tried to charge us a lot more than what our initial confirmation had stated. $547 instead of $419. Took lots of back and forth to resolve that but the lady at the front desk did resolve it

Amazingly friendly, helpful, and attentive staff.

Very close to Nationals Park and a Metro ride from the National Mall. Lots of delicious food spots within walking distance.

Once room was available it was clean and nice but otherwise long wait was not appreciated and staff was not accommodatin

Once the room was available, it was clean and amentities were nice.

We had to wait an hour and a half after check in time of 3pm since our room was not clean nor had it been approved to be used. Staff was not accommodating or helpful while having to wait. Also, valet parking had technical issues too. Also, breakfast included was not that great.

Great Location and outstanding staff

The person that checked us in was named Frank, we had a long trip and he was very helpful on a phone call before we got there, when we arrived he was Fantastic and made the process fun. Everything was well set up and the room was very nice. The location next to Nationals Park made it even better. Valet parking was well organized and easy and quick.

Nothing really, I guess the mattresses were to firm for us.

We would stay again.

We were attending Nats games so it was perfect. The restaurants in the area were ample and good.

The roof top bar was not related to the hotel so our room number wasnt used. Also there was a private party Saturday evening so there was no quiet place for an drink and conversation.

Great location! Great staff!

Location, location, location!!! This place is good for everyone, it’s close to everything! Great restaurants near by, good night life and easily accessible to all the great tourist destinations DC has to offer! I would totally stay here again!

If I have to complain about something I would say the variety of the breakfast… I’ll give it a 6/10 (but it’s free!) the eating area was clean and where the food was served was always well kept and clean. I would have liked to have more options.

The place was okay but not met the expectation if you compare what you pay. The breakfast was normal

It is not to the level that you pay for. I would say it is like a roadside budget hotel that costs 80$ per night.
