Our visit was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. We were not able to stay there but knew there would be no refund or partial refund.
I didn’t like that the parking structure was filled with hotel parking spaces and we could barely find a space since there was events going on, however a few hours later all those parking spots that said hotel parking were completely empty. I would ask the hotel to manage their parking situations better so that actual hotel guest that have paid for a room have decent parking

Excellent location, very clean
We did not know you needed a reservation for dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty. We did not have a reservation and they sent us to the very crowded bar. There were no tables available and we had to eat dinner at the bar. I don’t know why they would not allow us to eat in the restaurant when there were so many unoccupied tables available.

The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had for a complimentary breakfast. Staff was very inviting and always helpful, free parking in the garage made its super easy and stress free even on a very busy weekend with Phil wickham and Brandon Lake at the arena.
A hot tub would have been the icing on the cake, however there would’ve been little to no time for us to enjoy one on our trip anyways.

The hotel was nice and clean .
Our air conditioning was broken. They gave us some fans. The maintenance men said they couldn't fit until the next day. I was hoping to get some $ off but because of booking on Booking.com they couldn't help me . I recommend booking directly and not through Booking.com. That way if there is a issue they can discount your rate .

Breakfast was excellent and we couldn't believe it was complimentary. Service was outstanding and the hotel itself was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

By far, the guy at the front desk was cheerful, happy and very helpful. He set the stage to a good stay. With the mobile app, he was the only employee we interacted with.
I believe for the cost, at least breakfast should have been included.

Having been on lockdown for a few years, this post-pandemic outing was a wonderful change of pace.
The food was not as good as I remember during past Berk JazzFests.
