Would definitely book here again. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and nearby family.

Our 2-bedroom unit was spacious, super clean, and quiet. Every basic amenity for the kitchen was provided (although we didn’t need to use any for this trip). Property is nicely landscaped. Pool was great. Free laundry onsite.

Bed was a little soft for me but fine for my husband.

A charming oasis where one can rest and recharge-located in the middle of a busy street of industry.

I highly enjoyed the cleanliness of the whole room. The cabinets and furnishings seemed new and well maintained. I liked that all the small appliances and guest conveniences were bagged to ensure it was clean and stored away germ free for next guest. I enjoyed the fridge was stocked with bottled water for free use. This was a welcome repreve from the heat and humidity upon my return from the day. The landscape around the buildings were well maintained. Over all I felt relaxed and rested in a safe hotel with a charming seaside vibe without the seaview. Although the Villa was on a high traffic road (Tamiami), I could not hear the cars driving by, regardless of night or day hours. It is a charming little oasis that is being well maintained. Even when I unfortunately experienced a malfunction in my room and did not enjoy my first night's sleep, Addy's inn keepers responded quickly to correct the issue and made things more pleasant for my remaining stay. They even compensated me back for the poor sleep on the first night upon their own initiative. It shows that they care for their guest's experience and understand how to take good care of them. I would recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

I checked in at 10:30pm on a weekday. The office was closed and there was no light around the office and no one to greet and direct me where to go. I was a bit scared in the middle of the night. I rang the "Ring" doorbell by the office but noone responded right away, then I noticed the note pinned to the office door via moonlight. Once I read the note under a lamp post, I was able to gain access into my room as per instructions. By then, one of the Villa owners came out to ensure I was all set. I liked that he came out to address his guest instead of ignoring me in his off hours. Unfortunately, a loud annoying noise came out of the AC unit in my assigned room and although I contacted the contact numbers to call after hours, I was unable to reach anyone to fix the problem or get another room. I had no sleep for one night. However, the next morning, as soon as the owners were made aware of the issue, they made every sincere effort to rectify the problem and provide me with an upgraded suite. In addition, they comp'd me the first night's stay due to my poor experience. I appreciated that they took responsibility for the hiccup in service and improved my remaining stay responsively.

Quiet Comfort

Chuck and Michael are great hosts! The cottages are stocked with everything you need for your stay, it is quiet and located near shopping, restaurants and fun things to do.

All and everything, from the check in to the check out... the villa was impecable, the service was excellent, more than expected, perfect space for 6 people, amazing energy, 5 mins to Nokomis Beach, beds, linen, towels, all was just perfect.

I can’t believe there wasn’t a tv in the bedroom.who doesn’t have a tv in their bedroom!!!!! THAT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING.there also was evidence of a leak in the bathroom that needed to be fixed.I also noticed that the front door jam on the bottom was rotten and I watched the lizards come and go..but for the most part ADDY’S IS A EXCELLENT PLACE ..JUST GETTING OLD AND NEEDING TLC.

Couldn"t asked for better!

Super clean villa, very comfortable. Beautiful, well-maintained property. We met one of the owners, Mike, a very nice person. The entire property is a quiet place of nature in the midst of busy surroundings. A perfect place to relax. We highly recommend Addy's and will definitely return as soon as possible.

AWESOME! Can't wait to go back!

Everything!! Fully loaded kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! The villa we stayed in was very cozy! It's definitely a homey place to stay! Can't wait to go back for longer!.

My only suggestion would be for a small clothesline. Just to dry bathing suits.... Thanks for the free use of a washer and dryer!

Full kitchen with dishes etc, the bedrooms were nice size. Living room was spacious, nice flat screen TV. The bathroom nicely decorated. Very sound proof, great location, close to the beach. Will return for sure. Sweet little cottage 💖

Cozy room, beautifully designed and couldn't be cleaner. Super friendly owners. You could really tell that they care about their guests and have their best interest in mind. Every little detail was carefully paid attention to, from the booklet with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, to various types of towels in the room to be used for different purposes. We are looking forward to going back there for a longer stay!

What a warm welcome we experienced at Addy's Villas! Michel and Chuck made us feel at home, a super clean house and if you needed something extra, no problem. If you need a Supermarket, the Publix is a few minutes drive away ( walking is possible too...) We will definitely come back to this place!
