Excellent stay

Property was clean and welcoming. The employees were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Parking was very convenient.

Good value for the money!

Very good Breakfast! Love the waffles, yogurt, n fresh fruit! Excellent coffee too!

It was our second time staying there in a month n it was expected! I guess the location could be better! We traveled almost 6 miles off I-81 to the hotel! We usually try to stay at motels right off the Interstate! Other than that, everything was good!

Bathroom was clean and updated. Would not stay again due to musty smell, old smoke and old furnitur

The room was clean, but smelled stale: as if it was a former smoking room. I woke up with a sore throat.

It was not worth the money. Just spend 50 more dollars and go somewhere nicer.

The only thing I liked about this place was the staff at the front desk. Alicia was very helpful . And she made things better for us. She was very customer oriented.

The first room we went into smelled like smoke even though I booked a non smokers room. I had my 10 month old baby with me and would never subject him to a room that reeked of cigarettes. The next room we were given smelled musty and old . Still better than cigarettes

Glad we only booked 1 night

It was in close proximity to where we needed to be

The room was supposed to be no smoking and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture had stains. Given 2 towels for four adults.

Never again.

They discounted the room, that's it.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. They staff didn't believe us. The exterior of the property was run down, looks sketchy and not well lit at night, our neighbors were loud and awake until like 1am and then back up at loud and knocking on our door around 5am.

Pleasant

Inexpensive stay and A/C worked beautifully.

Bathroom exhaust fan does not ‘exhaust’. Window shades were inoperable.

Very good

The room was really big and there were two with a kitchenette and being on the first floor.

My room was switched at least twice. Normally I like being on the first floor, but the people above me had toddlers waking me up at 6am. The building needs better sound proofing.

While this location was a couple miles off the interstate, it was a perfect overnight for a long-haul trip.

The best place ever!

We absolutely LOVED staying here!! Sonnie at the front desk is a phenomenal woman and all the rest of the staff are friendly and kind. The whole place is clean, quiet and cozy! We will be going back East and will absolutely stay there again! We travel all over the US and to date…. THIS Was the Best hotel we have been to ever!

I felt unclean when I left.

nothing.

it was a construction zone. it was very creepy and felt unsafe. the photos on bookings did not show the true picture of this location. it was way too expensive for it’s condition. the room we occupied was clean but all the furniture was “ beat up and needs replacing. the pillows needed replacing as well as the mattress. towels threadbare.

Terrible stay: in the middle of renovating, thin walls, unclean.

Good location.

In the middle of renovation, building was semi beat-down. Bed sheet was NOT clean in our King upgraded room, where we found plenty of long (female) hair. Couldn’t sleep all night due to thin walls, several construction guys bizarrely“hanging out” in front of the building talking it up til 3:30am. Continental breakfast was typical. Pay $20-30 more and stay elsewhere if you can.

No value for money: old facilities, mediocre breakfast and poor service in general.

The bed was comfortable enough, but everything in the room was pretty old. In fact, our building looked like it was about to fall apart. The water pressure in the shower was alright, although the bathtub was really old, kind of gross.

No good value for money. I was expecting much more considering what we paid. Everything in our room and building desperately needs a renovation. One of the towels in the bathroom was stained and wrinkled (I have my doubts it had been changed). Breakfast was not great either, they have a waffle maker, but there was no batter; there was no drinking water at all. There is a filtered water station by the front desk, but the bottle was empty. When I told the people working at the front desk, they just said "Oh, is it empty? Ok". And they didn't even replace it, so I had to take my medicine with water from the tap. I stayed in a Red Roof Inn in Kentucky that was much better than this one. I would not recommend.
