Hyatt House is a hotel in Downtown, convenient to all the clubs and shops on the 16 Mall. I stayed for a conference at the Colorado Convention Center, a block away. The staff is friendly and available 24/7, and the cleanliness of the room is admirable, but the highlight is the breakfast included in the price of the stay: very abundant and of good quality. Recommended hotel!

Good location to the convention center, breakfast was nice.

Parking is expensive, although seems compatible to the other locations close by. My only real issue was the bathroom door being clear therefore would wake up the whole room if someone needed to use at night. Pretty minor

Located in a great central location that felt safe when walking to and from at night for a solo traveller. The room was very spacious, with kitchenette, kitchen Island, lounge area and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was rather on the smaller size but was clean and fine. Room was secure as well.

Breakfast was ok but some of the options were downright stale or bland. Pillows could've been better too. Bit on the flat side. And there was one day when house keeping was missed.

Everyone who worked here was very professional, the place was very clean and the parking wasn’t horrible.

They knew that it was my birthday and they made it extra special!!! Champagne and cheese cake arrived shortly after we did. I never expected this and it made our weekend even more memorable!

One of the best hotel breakfast you can find.

Pool could’ve been a bit more tidy No parking. Valet only ($52 a night) You can park behind the building on the SP+ parking lot for $16

A vibrant and modern downtown hotel with many facilities for guests. Plenty of buzz in the foyer, while the bedrooms were nice and quiet. Had a great view over the Denver skyline, and really appreciated the spaciousness of the room.

The breakfast, while good, might have offered more options to reflect the international clientele, and I wasn't sure why room service wasn't carried out each day. Good valet parking service, but a bit excessive in cost.

Lovely and comfortable room. Great for a longer stay with the kitchen facilities. Staff at the front desk at check in and at the bar were fantastic.

Oddly, the staff checked me out a day early, saying someone had turned in my key. I had to bring proof of my reservation to the staff. She maintained she was right and gave no apology. Very disruptive to my 2nd day stay.
