No AC in the bedroom the first night, no price reduction for that. No cleaning for 3 days in both rooms. No Ac in comon areas and of course a bad smell because of it. Very expensive for an outdated hotel. No sound isolation and construction next door starting at 06:00 AM. Bad maintenance, it is falling apart.

The room was large enough and comfortable. Kitchenette is a welcome bonus.

There were just a few breakfast options. Tables and chairs were not clean.

Great amenities, location close to University.

I actually didn't stay. Upon arrival, I was checked into room #317. Dint smell well but the biggest problem was mold spopts all over the ceiling. I requested a different room but because of an issue between the hotel and Bookings.com, I couldn't get another one. I didnt want to look for another place to stay but had no choice but to cancel so myself and my daughter would not be exposed to mold for 48 hours. This is a health hasard. This was the last thing I wanted to do at the end of my day spent working, traveling. I still have not gotten a full refund for that room! I can't believe that after travel, and all the hassle I still have not gotten the full refund. I emailed the manager, no answer, I talked to the Hilton people.

Filthy, absolutely filthy. They have construction guys living here for almost 2 years and the rooms show. The floors were so filthy in both rooms we stayed in that we had to wear our shoes. This hotel obviously has a need to update, but the filth is absolutely disgusting. Spending $330 per night on Friday was gutwrenching knowing I stayed in a very dirty hotel. My wife and 3 daughters were grossed out. The breakfast food was very limited to waffles, cereal and packaged muffins. All the bowls and shelves where the other stuff was located was gone I was down stairs one out of the 3 days and can tell there just isn't much pride in this Home 2 Suite. We try to ONLY stay at these hotel chains. I will think twice going forward. Very disappointing!
