Not impressed at all

The bathroom vinyl plank flooring was warped and lifting up making it uncomfortable to walk on. It also looked dirty I can't imagine how the staff could possibly get it clean in the condition it is in.we also struggled with the curtains. They didn't fit the windows properly and there was a bright light across the street shining straight at us. It was very hard to get to sleep. The best item's at breakfast was the juice and toast

Needs improvement

The air conditioning in the rooms is very powerful and amazing. The common areas are very nice. The pool is quaint and clean.

Unfortunately I feel like this location might need a little bit more training for their housekeeping staff. Upon checking in and checking the room, it was unfortunately not up to the cleanliness standards that I expect from this hotel chain. There was a rotten apple underneath one of the beds, there was garbage underneath the pull out couch, there were no sheets on the pull out couch just a bare dirty mattress. The couch and chairs were extremely uncomfortable and outdated. One of the door handles was broken along with the door itself being hard to open and close. And there was dust in areas making it obvious that those areas had not been touched between guests. We had three TVs in our suite and only one remote.

Wouldn’t stay again at this brand of hotel.

Breakfast was good.

-I personally had to make the bed for the pull out. -phone in room ti service desk didn’t work so I had to go to front desk each time there was a concern. -room key stopped working, had to get it reconnected.

Great location and staff, poor upkeep and uncomfortable beds.

Loved the location. The breakfast bar was amazing and staff was very friendly.

The flooring inside the entire hotel was poorly kept. The hallway carpet and laminate in our room were coming up. It looked horrible and was also a safety hazard. Our room had a terrible smell to it, I can’t even describe it. The pull out couch was the absolute WORST bed I’ve ever slept on I would not recommend it to anyone

this is the SECOND time we’ve stayed here and the pool was closed. When we pay this amount to stay the night with kids and to NOT have the pool to work. sure we walked across the street to Holiday Inn Express to swim. inconvenience.

Found a doll baby bottle the second night in our bed. We have no kids.... so that means they do not clean worth a darn. Gross!!

Disappointing

Modern, quiet.

Room card didn't work. Advertised king was a queen, booked a king, recieved a queen, moved rooms, door didn't work, recieved invoice, charged more.

The site was perfect for our group. The beds were extremely comfortable.

That there were no vending machines!! The pantry had very limited items and NO bottles water. We were told we could go across the street to the gas station for bottled water. Also, there pantry was a joke because noone was around to pay it ask questions and there were no signs explaining how it worked. But again, it had limited items anyway. I shouldn't have to go outside the hotel to get bottles water! Very inconvenient for someone with limited mobility!!

Location was good. Beds were comfortable

The hallway and suite smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The carpet is old, and the sofa needs to be replaced.

No informational packet in rooms. Lots of chlorine in pool, eyes burned just sitting in poolroom. Key card didn't work on side entry doors all the time. Had to walk around to front multiple times.

I felt at home. It was comfortable and excellent location.

Breakfast was excellent and the social gathering is a nice touch. Alex was outstanding with the breakfast setup. She did a fantastic job. Stephanie at the main desk was professional and very helpful.

they don’t clean unless you’re staying more than 7 days. I had 4 kids with and could have used housekeeping at least once during our 4 day stay.
