Would likely stay again.

Comfortable Coffee was good!!!

Room Needed some deep cleaning. Cobwebs dirt on walls. Breakfast was ok, but not fantastic.

Came for the military yellow ribbon. Stayed 2 nights, welcomed by the gentlemen at the front desk each time we walked in

Room was spacious and I enjoyed the pool and how dark/cold our room got.

Housekeepers were quite rude when approached by some of them. Need more than 2 big towels in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning to Homewood suites on our next family vacation!

I really enjoyed all the different area my family and I could sit and hang out at outside of our room. And the location was perfect. Close to everything for shopping and food! The room was spacious enough for my large family at a responsible nightly rate.

I didn't like that there was an extra $30/day chargered to my card upon check in. Yes, it will be returned because I didn't use any of the services to deduct from that fund, but I was not aware of that fee when booking.

Superb

Loved the 2 room suite. Perfect for the 4 of us and a dog to spread out after driving all day. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quiet area.

Hallways were super warm. If you pull a trailer be ready for the neighbor hotel worker to complain about using parking spots in the very back of hotel parking lot for trailers. Can be tight if lot is full and this guy is on watch.

Disappointing

The room was big and the hot tub was nice

The room was dirty and the refrigerator made a ticking noise all night finally shut it off then it quit. The pool was cold and breakfast was burnt.

Superb

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area. I would stay again!

It was a little more than I like to pay for a room, but it was a double suite and was lovely!

location was good & the room I was in had a ceiling fan which was a plus

the drawers to the dresser didn’t shut & TV was in a weird place.

Exceptional

Breakfast area very roomy. Good selection of drinks and other items at there "store" (drinks- beer, tea, pop, waters- advil, snacks)

Hot tub was out of service, TV in Entertainment/game-room not working. Would have liked alternate milk options, and ice/water available at breakfast.

Would’ve been great had the toilet worked. Fromt desk guy said that that room always has toilet issues. Ger it fixed!!

Easy access from interstate

The toilet wouldn’t flush. we had to keep adding water to get everything to go down. And paying $75 pet deposit that is nonrefundable. Should be refundable if room is left in great shape and no pet damage.

Clean and comfortable

Convenient to interstate, staff very friendly, bed comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good, overall good experience. Definitely would stay again with my family.

It was decently clean to where I was able to sleep, but. it’s could be done. Also, staff should step in to remind people

It looked updated and for the most part was clean.

It was 9/10pm and there were kids running in the hallway being loud and no one said anything to them. Also, there were a few bugs on the floor in the room, not roaches but some sort of beetle.

We had a spacious room! Loved the game room and large common area. excellent location!

hot tub was not hot! breakfast attendant lady crabby.
