Very good

The breakfast was good lots to choose from. As for the location it’s in the middle of nowhere. You will need to drive 5-7 miles to find things.

The shower head had no pressure. This is the only negative thing I could say about the place.

The location was ok but had better stays at other hotels.

Well, we picked this hotel because mainly for the pool. There wasn't a pool even though the website shows a pool. When we walked into the room, the window shade was broken & on the air conditioner. The sink stopper was not in the sink.

Very good

The rooms were very clean! I loved the complementary cheese and crackers and the complementary beer and wine. I also thought that I had left my watch in the room after it had been cleaned and the staff was very adamant about helping me to be able to find it.

The breakfast wasn't all that great. I know that it was an inclusive breakfast, but I have stayed at multiple hotels that had inclusive breakfast and they were better than what we had. I also wasn't pleased with the number of towels we received. We kept having to call and ask for towels because they wouldn't place any extra in the rooms. Some of the towels were also ripped that we ended up getting.

Very nice facility.

Breakfasts were not exceptable to me. Hard boiled eggs every morning that were very rubbery and hard to eat with plastic ware.

Staff was friendly. Liked on-site guest laundry. Convient location to highways and downtown?

Typical, definately not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards, but adequate.

Getting a little ragged around the edges, past due for some paint.

Soft bed and pillows

Our first room was missing the blinds, and the bathroom door looked like it had been forced open from the inside as it was damaged. The hallway carpets had a horrible smell. We were able to switch rooms because of the damage.We were told the room was in the process of being remodeled.

Decent hotel, pictures definitely make it look better than it was.

Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast.

Carpet in the hallways and room smelt like a locker room. Our room carpet was sticky as if it had suspicious fluids in it.

no pool, free shuttle was down. both were advertised on posting but there was no pool, just concrete and dirt (see picture).

Good for the price

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I was loud at night. The walls were thin and you could hear some kind of machine running at night.

everything! the walls are paper thin, heard neighbor cough all night, every step upstairs, doors slamming. party all night. rooms and hallways are banged up and falling apart.

Nice enough room, but staff needs customer service training.

The price was cheaper than other hotels closer to the downtown district.

The staff were unfriendly and rude.

Polite staff, clean, confortable and great value for the price.

Staff had a good attitude towards helping guests. Always replied looking at you and smiling. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast was as expected, good enogh to get me trough lunch time.

The noise and low speed of elevator but not a major issue. Better than taking the stairs.

Comfortable for the two nights.

Convenient to Downtown...an older property and can do with some upgrades. Bathroom sink was clogged...did not report it, could deal with it for two nights. Was clean...

The facility was dirty throughout. I refuse to stay there and left the same night. The hallway rugs were all stained. The room didn’t have any curtains. The was a broken shade that hung in half of the window. The towels looked dirty as if they were not washed. The bathroom tub was filthy the stopper was sitting on the top of the tub. The toilet seat was old and dingy. The breakfast area was also very dirty.

The stay was ok nothing to come back to in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good.

The view from the hotel was disappointing. The pool was shared with another hotel. The breakfast was ok.
