Fantastic, well located condo accommodation

Small, new-ish condo with kitchenette, balcony, living room, and bedroom. Accommodated my small dog and the location was fantastic and a short walk to all places. Parking was secured within the building.

The room kinda smelt like urine - but I find that's been a common issue with pet friendly accommodations. Mattress was way too soft.

A lovely room, ideal location, probably my best stay in Victoria ever. ( I have been many times)

I liked the proximity to the inner harbour and downtown, yet still being in a partially residential, quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious, great decor, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, obviously just an oversight by housekeeping. When I phoned the front desk, the staff member immediately brought up just one roll

Great and would stay again.

Friendly staff.

Our other car had a roof carrier on it and we would not have been able to park downstairs. A warning about the height restriction would be good.

Very nice convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The general atmosphere of the hotel, small and well presented, in a good location a couple of blocks off the shoreline.

Lack of a pool. Not a biggie, but this would have made it really special.

Would think twice before I go back

Bed and sofa bed was very uncomfortable they gave me a sour back still have today and people above us kept us up all night with there pounding and noise had next to no sleep.

Excellent! Highly recommend this hotel.

Needed a pet friendly hotel. The kind young desk attendant brought up 2 dog dishes and a pet bed! So impressed with the staff, hotel vibe, location, accomodations, floor to ceiling windows, pet comfort and the food at the restaurant was amazing! Will definitely be back 😊

Great value for a nice hotel in a quiet location

Friendly staff, beautiful lobby and restaurant, nice rooms with excellent bathrooms.

Guests have to wash their dishes or you’re subject to a steep cleaning fee, very strange.

Superverblijf in Victoria.

Het is een geweldig hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Super dat iedere dag alkes wordt bijgehouden. Handoeken zeep wastabletten. Loopafstand van t centrum. Heerlijk om de auto te kunnen laten staan Als laatste. De pennen bij de balie.... Ze schrijven heerlijk.

Ik kom mijn telefoon niet koppelen aan de tv. Had graag onder andere willen netflixen.

Victoria trip

Love how I could text the front desk and ask for extra tea. The beds were super comfortable and was nice to have separate bathrooms.

Wasn't sure how to use the Keurig machine. So would.of been nice to have coffee grounds. But got the hang of it so wasn't a big problem.

Excellent Size and Location

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and very well organized with everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay. The location is amazing, walking distance to all attractions, but still on a quiet street.

The hotel is very very expensive, especially given it does not have a pool, or a spa or a gym. I think they need to rethink the price to match the lack of fascilities.

Lovely area, lovely, place lovely staff!

The location was wonderful. Many of the things we wanted to do were within walking distance.

Greeted with champagne - Terrific surprise Excellent kitchen facility with all necessary dishes Wonderful daily room Maintenance Friendly ,knowledgeable and accommodating staff

The floors required better cleaning. Found pet hair and dust clinging to your sockets and clothes that touched the floor

Highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Victoria! I wished we stayed longer than three nights!!

As soon as you entered the hotel, it smelt gorgeous, the staff went above and beyond to help us, the apartment was super comfy and huge in size. It had a great location only a five minute walk to the city centre so close without all the noise and the restaurant 500 was lovely too - we just loved our time here!

Perfect location, very comfortable amenities and a lovely place to spend our time while in downtown Victoria.

Super friendly staff! From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was such a pleasure. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade from a suite to a one bedroom. There were thoughtful touches we appreciated like coffee cream in the fridge and extra bathroom necessities like q tips.

Second time staying there and won’t be the last

Great location, sound proof rooms, very clean

No decaf coffee in rooms. Took an hour to get one after requesting. Blankets on bed were lacking comfort

Accomodatie goed maar eten of planning restaurant kan beter

Locatie ok en groot proper appartement met vriendelijke mensen. Het ontbijt kan veel beter

Ontbijt kan pas starten om 8:30 tot 10:00u wat voor business mensen een ramp is. Daarenboven is het restaurant maandag en dinsdag gesloten. Jammer! 3 dagen daar in meeting gezeten met het werk en 3 dagen dezelfde snacks en dezelfde lunch. Kan echt niet.

Weekend getaway in Victoria

Room was very spacious. There was a kitchen in the room, which we didn't use because we were only there for one night. If we were staying longer, we would probably have used it. Looking at the equipment, it seems like a pretty well equipped kitchen. Location was also superb. It's very close to the Inner Harbour area, but generally quite quiet.

The shower water pressure was quite weak. Setting the temperatures for both the shower and bath was not the most intuitive, nor consistent. But this is a very minor issue in a very good stay.

Great location. Easily walk to harbor.

Good sized studio with kitchenette. Very modern.

We were on the lowest floor towards the front. Could here some traffic noise. It was Canada Day so probably more than usual

Good spot, clean rooms, few things to add to make it a better experience for family with young kids

Clean, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen. Good location

No luggage trolleys available, no garbage by entry, no cotts available for toddler (so not as great for a set up for travel with younger kids)
