Great Stay, Booking.com needs improvements

Enjoyed the room and stay.

False advertisement on booking.com's part. Booking com you need to fix the content on your website for this hotel. I paid for a standard room that said it had a sofa bed, however, there was no sofa bed when I went in. Called Booking.com on the matter and the issue was never resolved. Not to mention, the person who I talked to told me they were going to reach out to the hotel and I found out from the hotel rep that they never called to resolve. Thankfully, the hotel was helpful in getting us a room with a sofa bed since we have small children.

When we visit Augusta,GA.we usually stay at The Fairfield Inn and Suites.

I liked the size and the cleaniness of the room.I also liked the walk-in shower and the raised toilet.We did not eat any of our meals there so I can't comment on the food.

Our stay was amazing

It was refreshing to smell how clean and sanitized the hotel was. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Staff was friendly. Room was ready when we arrived a bit early

The only thing I didnt like was breakfast. It could have been way better

I am a Marriott member and I have to say my experience at this site was highly disappointing

it was clean and most staff was pleasant

housekeeping was irresponsible and when we returned to our room after 5 hrs. our room remained unclean. we were essentially told to do it ourselves and was asked to go come downstairs to get clean sheets and towels. We were also given a vacuum cleaner with exposed wiring. Which is very dangerous. called corporate today and we’re given an “ oh well” attitude. indeed we were told since we went through booking.com nothing would probably be done to accommodate this inconvenience to me, my children and grandchildren.

A great stay…will be back at Fairfield soon.

Michael at the front desk was so very helpful, in many ways. He should be promoted to manager or as a training officer for Fairfield as he truly cares about people no matter who they are, young or old, and is the most helpful hotel staff member I have seen in 65 years. BE AWARE OF AREA CAR BURGLARIZED!!! NO ASSISTANCE WITH EVEN SHOWING CAMERA.

car was burglarized with two other vehicles. hotel did nothing or said anything. no type of assistance like it happens all the time there.

Fairfield Charged me an Additional 70 dollars more than the booking.com price. Will never stay here again. Rediculous pricing. Especially since we were only staying for 1 night for childs surgery.

great location, easy access, great staff and great breakfast

extremely convenient location! right off the interstate and on a busy strip so there are many different shops and restaurants! the shower was amazing! the staff was friendly! the breakfast was FANTASTIC! there were so many different options, and loads of healthy options too! gym was clean, room was clean! super pleased!

the pillows! lol there should be normal pillows available because the down pillows aren’t my favorite! my head just sinks into them and it’s like I’m sleeping with nothing! other than that, everything was great!

As I said before,we would be happy to stay here again.

We liked the good and fresh smell when we first entered the hotel.We also liked the cleanliness of our room and the bathroom.The bed was very comfortable and we were especially pleased with the walk-in shower and the efficient staff.Yes,we would be happy to stay here again when we visit the area.

There was nothing to dislike.
