The AC unit didn’t work in our room. I told the front desk and they didn’t do anything or offer any kind of discount. It was over 90 degrees in our room.

I reserved this place and when I showed up I was greeted with “Oh I’m sorry we don’t have any rooms available.” Even though I paid for it in advance the hotel gave my room away forcing me to drive to another city to have a place to stay.

Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and seemed clean. Didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked really nice. Great breakfast Saturday morning!!

Was hoping the 2 rooms we booked would be by each other- but not a big deal.

Dirty pillow, beds weren’t comfortable, tv remote broken, carpet felt dirty. We originally had a booked and had confirmation # for a double Queen room due to our two kids being with us, and were forcibly moved to a single king room due to overbooking. We had no option for a rollaway for 1 of our sons so we had to put two chairs and an ottoman together to make him a makeshift bed. Our other son slept with us in the king bed. No discount given.

The breakfast options were pretty limited and most things with sugar. The room was relatively small to other hotels in the chain.

I personally like when the room door faces the parking directly so you park right in front of your door without carrying your bags in long corridors. Perfect for a 1-night stay.

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was dog urine and filth on the woodwork all around the bedroom and closet. The baseboard heater was just as dirty and might be a potential fire hazard. We got busy with our Clorax wipes and called the office. Katie came over immediately and offered to switch rooms or let us find another accommodation. We looked at the room next door, but the woodwork was equally as gross and because there were no other accommodations available, we stayed. I suggested that perhaps the manager would discount our room. No discount. No feedback.
