Very good

Room was close to pool and right on the beach.

The bathroom was tiny, but adequate. The bed pillows were the hardest I've ever experienced while traveling.

The convenience of the beach , the location being miles from Ana Maria island & siesta key . Also the room had all amenities you would need on a stay from home

my relaxed vacation

I loved the studio, comfortable, clean, mini-kitchen equipped with everything you will need. A Publix supermarket 4.minutes away. My patio was literally the pool, super quiet, relaxed and the beach 20 steps away. 100% recommended.

Wrost vacation ever in that apt

Very near from the beach

Poor apt maintenance, everything old. AC stop working and we had to sleep one night without air conditioning with me been pregnant and a small kid. Our vacation end up been a nightmare. Under the bed was very dust.

Can’t wait to come back to this perfect spot!

Lounge chairs and table on patio for laying out or enjoying dinner. Pool is 5 steps from the patio. Ocean is another 35 steps. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Cannot get much better than that! Fresh water stations for body and feet. BBQ in picnic area is very convenient and super close. Washer and dryer at complex. Publix 1 mile. Room was perfect and very clean. Adequate amount of beach towels and bath towels. Plenty of storage for clothes to hang, cabinet and drawers for all your extras. Fridge is huge! Ice maker was helpful! Shower was perfect. All the necessities are there.

Overall great place and I would stay again.

Amazing location- can’t be beat. Clean room with updates and had everything you could possibly need. Nice pool area. Chairs on the beach were great!

Only down for me was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable for me, as well as the futon.

We loved the location and coziness at The Beach on Longboat Key.

The location was excellent. Great communication with owners. Studio was comfy and cozy. Everything you needed was there. Office lady, Sue, was very helpful and friendly. Would like to come back again if available.

Longboat key is a hidden gem!

Great spot on a quiet and beautiful beach. Already planning a return trip and hope this room is available then!

Excellent but room for improvement.

Excellent location. The studio was quiet and the overall facility very good.

The mattress and the bed linen should be replaced, the bathroom shower curtain showing patches of mold. The studio is rather small, especially the bedroom, but OK for our needs.

Location was great! For a smaller place it was comfortable for the 2 of us. They had a great layout to accommodate all of the amenities inside the room. Having a full kitchen was very convenient.

When we arrived the front door was wide open, it turns out they were still cleaning. This was after check in time. This was not a big deal to us, the staff member was very apologetic. We even told her not to worry about the dishwasher running and she did not have to stay to empty it. I wouldn't have mentioned this if it was not for being disturbed at 920 the next morning by housekeeping and a second time prior to check out time. They were all very sweet but it did frustrate us to not feel relaxed as we felt rushed out before our time.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was right in front of the beach. Very clean, had all necessary items such as towels, cooking supplies, coffee makers, etc. A washer and dryer was located on the first floor and was available for use by renters. The entire place was very nice and suitable for our honeymoon. We were very impressed with the area. It was located well for shopping and food. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

The only thing we wished this place had was stairs off the balcony… but it was a short walk via the front stairs to the sand!

Stayed in this place 6 times and we will be back, just not this unit I hope!

The weather was amazing

Ground floor, people kept walking through our super small patio. Bed was a full size and uncomfortable.

I would like to go back and believed it was a mistake that room was not cleaned

Was I supposed to be in room 103 or 225 ? The teciept looks like it's both rooms. I went to room 103 since that was the first number on the receipt.

Room 103 wasn't cleaned and ready so wondered if I was supposed to be in room 225 which if it was ready I would preferred since the second floor seems to have a view of the beach. I would like to stay on the second floor.

Red Tide ruined our vacation as there was nothing else to do. We were so looking forward to spending 5 days on the beach and sadly that did not happen, we were very disappointed.

Right on the beach! Quiet complex with close proximity to activities. Chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were provided. Amazing Sunset views from our private balcony. Our unit had new full- sized appliances and was well stocked with the basics. Staff very friendly and laundry was convienent.
