The side door lock was broke and anyone could get in. No card needed

Excellent stay

Excellent food, clean and warm pool, and clean and well stocked room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The power went out for a few hours but I don't feel like that was an issue of the hotel. The staff was immediately trying to get the power back on.

Great stay!

Breakfast was very good. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! Room was quiet and very clean.

I couldn't see my vehicle from my be window. The parking was on the end of the building.

Pretty good except for privacy issue above

Very clean, hospitable. Great public areas and beautiful breakfast. Super comfy beds. Fast service.

Privacy was sub-par. Our room was adjacent to another and we could clearly hear their activity in the night and I’m sure they could hear our baby crying. This was unacceptable for a good night for both parties and it seems if the hotel was not full that parties not belonging to the same family should not be housed in adjacent rooms.

old, in bad need of remodeling, things didn’t work in the room. jacuzzi tub was the reason I rented the room, was big disappointment, shower made me feel uneasy, grimy. sorry
