Localização. Cama confortável,
Quarto espaçoso.
O chuveiro sai pouca água. O quarto tem cheiro de mofo. O ar condicionado estava fazendo um barulho enorme. Está com um defeito no compressor. Ninguém conserta.
Eles não limpam nem arrumam o quarto, a não ser que você peça.
O café da manhã quase não tem nada. Mesmos os itens que tem, como pão de forma e leite, acaba e ninguém repõe.
Os funcionários não ligam. É completamente largado.
No quarto de uma colega o secador estava quebrado e no outro aparecia uma barata nova todo dia.
Ofereceram para uma colega uma toalha mal lavada, com manchas vermelhas.
Em suma, os funcionários simplesmente não ligam e não fazem seu serviço,

The staff is awesome, the breakfast was great, all needs were met. Bed extra soft and comfortable cute pictures above the head board. Definitely would recommend to anyone! 10 out of 10!

Parking very well illuminated! Spacious room and comfy bed! Sam, at front desk was awesome and helpful with our extended night and we could stay in the same room!
Location is far away from the city, New Orleans and have to spend in Uber

Big room, clean bed, clean bath, all in all, at least decent.
Beds were comfy, but I like hard mattresses because I suffer from back aches
Far from the city centre, not the best neighborhood, some creepy people around, but hey .... that is New Orleans, you get what you expect, unless you expect to find Beverly Hills !
In such case, you get just the opposite.

On the way to our room, there were some equipments that they use for renovations, they should keep it to make the hallway look good. And also environment around the hotel was under construction. not look good

outside the property could look a little nicer.. staff needs to develop their customer service skills.

will the front desk was very helpful. I had my stay for another date and he was able to fix and get me a room and when we told him about smell he did go and at least try to spray room so it can smell better and explained it’s because the ax was turned off 🤷🏻♀️
the room smelled and they looked old and the exit doors stayed open

From the four nights we stayed, only once housekeeping was done, fresh towels and soap was provided only by request.

Didn’t like much about it
Was told they could accommodate a jacuzzi before we arrived then said they don’t even have them when we arrived. There was blood and black mold on the shower. The baseboard was falling off of the wall and they tried to hide it. We didn’t get rags for 3 days despite asking many times were told they were out. Asked for an extra pillow as we only had 3 and they couldn’t accommodate that. Was nasty and workers are rude and do not care that it’s a health hazard to stay there.
