It was very clean. Friendly staff. Bottled hand sanitizer and to go wipes by elevators which was great. Free water! Cookies in the evening! Great shower.

More seating in order to eat although there were 2 colleges staying there for a track meet. Wish the room doors wouldn't slam shut. They were very loud and I could hear them after I went to bed. Otherwise it was a great stay.

miss Martin. The manager she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway that she can. She’s so pleasant. She always comes up and talks to you and wants to make sure that you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I will definitely be going back because of her. She is an exceptional individual.

the staff. first night was good & was specifically told the water & cookies were complimentary. second night was literally told the cookies were not made for us & was made for “the team” felt that was very rude & like my stay was not as important.

Location of hotel was close to eating places, shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh made pancakes, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, something Chinese with Chopsticks. Room was big and inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Everything in bathroom including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion by Dove. Blow dryer. Iron and ironing board. Front desk even loaned us a fan, we forgot ours at home. Bottles of water provided all day. Fresh cookies provided in afternoon. Love staying here.

Nice room and breakfast

We got there at 3pm. I gave confirmation # and they told us our room was canceled. We did originally have 2 rooms booked, but canceled 1 plenty of time ahead. I even showed them email from booking. com showing updated email confirming 1 room. Fortunately they had a room left. Our friends checked in next night and had confirmation of 2 room. Staff told them they were no show day before which was incorrect. Would not use this hotel again.
