Very good

Enjoyed being away from louder, party areas, but close enough to get to all of the hot spots. Usually Ubered, but one evening walked back to the Thompson from Broadway area. Loved the option of nice, affordable, upper-scale restaurant on-site.

The restaurant needs new furniture or existing to be reupholstered. Carpeted areas in most areas need to be replaced.

The room was nice but other than the view, pretty basic

They gave us the wrong room number at 12 am and had us trying to get into SOMEONE ELSES ROOM. When we went back to tell her she was on her phone with AirPods and said “oh. Here I wrote the wrong number” Then we got up to the bar at 12:32 am just wanted to see the bar. It was supposed to close at 1 am and they said “no sorry they already made last call we’re not letting anyone else in. We close in under 10 min”

Great hotel, but I expected more service like a place to get breakfast. Nothing nearby at all.

Location was out of the mainstream.

Room was noisy at night because of roof top bar and one across the street. There was no place to get a breakfast.

I would come back again.

Wait service was excellent. Room was beautiful. Great location! Comfortable beds and showers. Great food in the resteraunts. Fast room service with hot food.

Consier and desk checkin staff was inpersonal. They all could do a better job with smiles and making new comers feel welcome. All other staff was exceptional.

Mediocre rooms. Very poor value for money.

Very good location. Room service was also good and fast.

The rooms were mediocre. Our room (on the 11th floor) was actually quite loud from the rooftop bar. The charge for overnight parking ($54 plus taxes) was ridiculous. In general, for what we paid (over $500/night with taxes), the hotel was pretty mediocre.

Beautiful hotel that gives you a luxurious feel but would have appreciated a kettle in the room since we opted nit to ha

Location was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms.

There was no kettle or coffee in the rooms.

would not stay again.

the shower was nice and the view was great.

the hallway carpets are stained and dirty. the lighting in the room was awful. the vanity was awkwardly deep. the bed was too hard. after checkout the cleaning staff helped themselves to the items we forgot in the room instead of turning them in.

No USB charging, no coffee in room, some amenities in room didn't work, no microwave, some of the staff not very friendly
