It was ok.

The location was very good. Room was clean.

The parking was terrible. Couldn't park in front of your own room. Also no plastic cups for the bathroom sink. Just coffee mugs for the coffee machine.

Lake George is beautiful unfortunately this hotel doesn’t hold up to a highly rated destination

Location was great walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops etc

We had an ant infestation in our room the minute we walked in. Bugs everywhere and it was dirty. When I say dirty, spider webs that had been there for months. The pillow cases had stains on them I had to take them all off and use our clean shirts as pillow cases. I would not stay there again. We checked out a day early and did not receive any credit for two rooms. We had a car and parking was a joke then we get a note on our car that it’s going to get towed and we were in a parking spot there at the hotel. Our rooms were on the first floor and the guests above us on floor two you could hear everything all day very frustrating at 3am to 6am walking back and forth kids jumping off beds.

Superb

Location, private beach access to Lake George, water sports, e.g. pedal boating, kayaking, water boarding are added attractions of this resort. Rooftop/terrace cabana bar with live DJ makes this place a must visit one.

Bathroom had pretty old fixtures. Not much of toiletries although ample towel service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful,

We did not enjoy the breakfast. Everything tasted as if it was past the due date. We would not have breakfast there again.

The first room we entered really smelled of cigarette although it’s a non-smoking hotel?!? When we told the front office, they immediately gave us another room. In this 2nd room, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so it got quite hot. Also, when my husband went to take his shower, he turned on the water and the spout bursted out at him. If he hadn’t been quick enough to move, he would have been hurt quite bad. Finally, the door need to be sealed as there are openings all around and ants enter the room.

Meh old hotel, light on staff in off-season.

good location, right on the lake and close to restaurants

Its off season which is fine but the restaurants were close and/or being renovated, the cleaning carts were left in our hall the entire stay which looked really messy, no one answered the phone at the desk after calling 3 different times about the hair drier in our room not working, and the front desk lady was pretty short and unfriendly when we checked in. it’s an old hotel and needs renovating. so a pretty meh experience. wouldn’t stay here again.

I like the look of the hotel.

There was construction outside my window till passed 8pm. When I mentioned it to the front best at 5pm they did nothing.. my room smelt like Curry, I like Curry but overwhelming for me .

Nice location, but furnishings need to be updated.

Location was good. The hotel had 3 or 4 other guests staying while we were there, and although the property has a lake view, we received a ground floor, street view/building view. I feel that for the cost we paid for the King suite, they would have upgraded us to a nicer view.

Older, outdated room, bathroom sink was not in the bathroom (it was located in the living area, near the bed) Also, the bed was obviously older, flat and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. We went to a store and purchased two pillows of our own, so we could be more comfortable) Room was a bit stale smelling, as well.

we loved the beach and pool and the quality overall of the facility

We enjoyed the room very much, it was clean and plenty of room and my wife liked the amount of pillows on the bed. the bed was comfortable. We would consider booking it next year for our stay, the location to the village was convenient

the bathroom was an issue, the toilet was small and too low to the ground , we are older and not small and had some difficulty with that.

for being in the village the beach And the amenities at the hotel are nice.

I know they only have mainly two months out of the season but it seems to me to nickel and dime you it’s the only hotel I ever been at that you don’t get free coffee, not only it’s not free it’s four dollars for a small cup. You could walk a little bit into the village and get a large cup for four dollars. Drinks at the bar of 15,

Staff lovely, very helpful, all central areas clean, we enjoyed our time there .

central location , can walk almost all of the strip, pool nice, lake beach ok
