Great short stay and exceedingly good customer service.

I loved the convenience of the location, clean facilities and exceptional customer service. The two shuttle drivers were particularly friendly and jovial as was the front desk manager.

I didn't get to try breakfast but that was because I had an early flight and this was through no fault of the staff. Perhaps next time I will sample it.

The breakfast area was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and available when going back for refills. The staff was very friendly.

Comfortable room, friendly staff and easy to find.

The breakfast needed more alternative protein options. It was a lot of sugar based things or pork products.

Really it was just the breakfast spread.

comfortable, clean and accomodating.

so clean, so quiet, everything in the room to charge laptop, charge phone, smells nice, very kind and accommodating staff, pleasant atmosphere, easy location. I was a bit upset i did not have coffee in my room as i like a cup before i go down for breakfast in the morning but was happy i did not have it in my room as that coffee is not half as the lobby coffee.

Very unpleasant, I will find another airport hotel when in Charolette over night

The location was convenient

The facilities were outdated, the carpet had a damp smell which in turn made the room musky. My assigned room was right next to the elevator however, I was too jet lagged from 25 plus hours on 3 flights to drag my luggage back to the front desk to ask for a room change. Also, there were two towels that had long strands of hair stuck to them, finally found a third towel that did not :-(

Met my needs perfectly. Staff was kind and accommodating. Very substantial breakfast included.

The front desk staff and staff providing the complimentary breakfast were excellent! We were there for an overnight to fly out of Charlotte. Proximity to airport is perfect~ 5 min drive. Property was clean.

The surrounding area is just ok. But if you are looking for a quick stay and proximity to airport location is fine.

Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Easy to get to from the highway.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t close. It scraped against the floor.

Really kind and helpful staff. Very clean comfortable stay.

I did not eat the breakfast because we got up late. The staff was wonderful and very kind and courteous. The room was roomy, clean and very comfortable. Ty was especially helpful to us when we were stranded downtown at 2 am and couldn’t get an Uber. He really went out of his way to assist us.

I really did not have any complaints. We’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn 2 times this year and it has definitely pleased us both times

Breakfast service and attendant, Modern and cheerful lobby. Property grounds are very attractive.

Came from MD to Charlotte for funeral for my sister. I made a mistake and booked at the wrong HI Express and also goofed using Booking.com. I called them to request an exception to change location. Supposedly, they sent numerous communications to this hotel who never responded to me at all. Also, during our stay we expressed a big concern that the tub is very slippery and needs a mat or strips and that the toilet handle was ready to fall off. No one attempted to correct these items.

Disappointing

Shuttle service provided and it was close to the airport

I was left with my family at the airport waiting for shuttle service to be sent for an hour. I decided to just pay a cab 20.00 to go 0.4 miles to the hotel. The staff weren’t very curious and when told what happen said perhaps the person I spoke to just forgot to tell the shuttle driver due to a shift change. The hotel room wasn’t clean as it should’ve been. It took several requests for towels and toiletries to be sent to the room. The pool was small and didn’t look clean.

Very clean. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

I reserved a room with 2 full beds. When I arrived all they had was a room with one king bed. I was traveling with my daughter. One of us had to sleep on couch.
