Not much.
The power cuts. Lack of room cleaning and the terrible food. The aircon noise in these rooms is unbearable.

Rooms are big and the bed was absolutely perfect and comfortable. I like having the mini fridge and microwave as well.

Central location in the Bay Area. Nicer on the inside than expected. Great for an overnight stay.
Not walkable to any shopping or services. A little pricey for the location considering that it's not in a walkable location.

My room was not cleaned when I arrived. But, Front Desk was excellent. I got a clean room in 10 minutes!

The food choices were poor. I am booked for 10 days, and trying to avoid heavily fatty food leaves few options.
A first class hotel requires a buffet breakfast. This way so can select what I want.

Noisy. Overlooks the highway literally. Maid service only every other day. Cheap and not enough towels. No coffee until 6:30am.
