Definitely not worth the cost of the room - did not have amenities NOT equal to those in similar priced Hilton inn Marri

Close to the shops and restaurants - transportation. We were there Monday through Wednesday and the price of transportation was much more reasonable than the 20/$40 per day for a couple.

Close to the highway making the daytime hours, extremely noisy and unable to take a nap. Hot breakfast was less than expected - no Cooke was available to fry fresh eggs, and apparently fresh eggs are not available in Herrman. Room was in annex next to the outdoor entertainment, which was extremely loud to the point that we could not hear our television. There should be more upfront information about the majority of the shops and restaurants being closed on Monday and Tuesday and to a great extent on Wednesday. Our trip was on those three days and we were unable to go on winery, tours, and restaurants that we had planned in our itinerary

FREE full, hot, breakfast and adult beverages bonus! We also got a no charge upgrade due to the need for handicap accessibility. We controlled the air conditioning; wow again. Great!!!! customer service!

Bed was a little firm. Parking was tight.

It was a great room, great live entertainment, great wine, and great bar close to everything in Her

The location was great along with the live music and breakfast.

Our room had a window A/C unit that allowed quite a bit of noise in at night.

Room was located right in the middle of the town. Made it super easy to get around. Enjoyed the live music on the patio at night!!!

Wish there was a premium cable channel in the room because everything closes pretty early!

We had a great time! We were in walking distance of several places and did not once have to drive.

Breakfast was basic but very fulfilling. There were eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There was also different breads for the toaster. A wide selection of cereal and juices. Nothing made to order but it would give you a good start in the morning.

We didn't have anything negative to say about this location. We are planning to come back again when the weather is warmer and hopefully enjoy the patio between us and the hotel.

Breakfast was good. It was as expected.

Our room was very drafty and freezing. We turned up the heat but it seemed to have no effect on the temperature of the room.

Superb

Really great place in a super quaint town. Neat, historical with lots of nooks and crannies. Tons of history. Heather was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have a really good wine selection of local wines and were helpful in guiding me towards a great choice!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. If I have an opportunity to visit Hermann again, the Hermann Crown Suites will be at the top of my list!

Our stay overall was lovely.

The property was exceptionally clean, centrally located and served a wonderful breakfast included in the price of the stay.

The size of the bathroom for our particular suite was very small and the 1837 bar did not serve food past 8:10 on a Friday night, despite having called to verify there would be food available for a late arrival. it meant we went without. To be fair, they were slow that night, so decided to close the kitchen early. However, even having a vending machine or something on premises would have been helpful.
