The hotel was very clean and modern!

The property was very clean and well maintained. I liked the modern decor.

The breakfast should offer non dairy yogurt and almond milk. There aren’t any options for selected diets. I thought it was strange that the hotel still uses styrofoam plates that harm the environment.

The hotel offered a relaxing stay to end a long travel day.

The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable.

Clean, comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. Pool was a little smaller than I would expect.

The only issue was that there were a couple of youth traveling hockey teams staying at the hotel. The hotel conference room was right next to our room. Some of the parents were using the conference room and were certainly enjoying their evening well past quiet hours.

Rice Lake, a pleasant stay

Peace and quiet was what I wanted and it the location had it. The pool and workout rooms were unexpected so that was great to have! Friendly concierge and service.

I would suggest a pamphlet for food delivery services. There really isn't anything nearby to dine on except for gas station chicken and such. It did fine for the duration of my time - it'd be nice to have more choices.

The only complaint i has was, Our room had a funny yucky smell. Actually kept me up during the night.

Good value and solid atmosphere!

The customer service I received during my stay were very personable and helpful. Breakfast food was good during my stay. I'd say better than average there. My room was very clean and updated with modern conveniences and my bed was very comfortable.

Hotel breakfast is always a challenge to make, from continental breakfasts with just general grab and go items to hot food. This was above average but could be improved a bit to knock it out of the park. Our breakfast is the last thing we have from the hotel, so it should send us on our way loving our investment in the hotel.

Best of Rice Lake

The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Overall, I'm sure I'll be going back but there are some things to be improved.

The walls/ceilings are THIN. I could hear every single thing happening above me until everyone went to bed which was rough since it wasn't until late. I found some opened coffee in my room telling me they do not check or change it as they should. Some of the staff was also rude.
